Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service - they automatically sign you up to an auto-renewing subscription and I forgot to turn it off (over a 12 month membership it’s easy to forget you didn’t click a button).
On the day of renewal - I immediately contacted customer service asking for a refund as I’d cancelled my subscription and was told it was not their policy to allow refunds under the circumstances.
I think that’s absolutely awful customer service - it may not be their policy but THEY have set their policy that way, clearly in an attempt to make money (steal) off members who have forgotten to turn off the auto renew subscription.

I tried uploading my first course to…
I tried to upload my first Arabic course to their platform, but my request was rejected.
Meanwhile, it was easily published on other platforms.
They claim that Arabic is prohibited, even though I've personally watched many courses by other people, entirely in Arabic, and learned from them. And they're still available now?!
How is this possible?!
Either they don't know what they're talking about, or the system is rejecting the courses and not Human Watch, or they're racist.
Yoo, the one who will respond to this review. Go to your platform and search for any word in "Arabic," and you'll see your site is full of totally Arabic-language courses. Like my "Course" and more.
Now explain this to me!

Skillshare has a large variety of classes
Skillshare has a large variety of topics for classes. I've found the teachers to be clear and understandable, even if the class isn't something I'll use in the future. I've taken classes just out of curiosity, and been pleasantly surprised. There's really something for everyone. I highly recommend Skillshare.
