Worst company EVER - don’t order from them

Worst company! Absolute scam! Ordered flowers to be delivered for my sisters 40th. Placed the order 4 days in advance and flowers were never delivered!
No phone to contact. They take your money and don’t care! Don’t ever order with them!

I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered the day after I placed my order. It has never been delivered. There is no phonse support on the webiste. You can only email them and you get now answer. After I googled, I found a number to call. A guy answered the phone was VERY RUDE!! Never had such an experiece with any online order. Never in my life. Now when I read the reviews I see there are a lot of unsatisfied customers and they claim n the webiste that 100%customers are happy! BIG LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you order flower online the only thing matters is to deliver on-time and fresh ... and they don't do what they promise.
