Should be a 0. I paid for 2 hours of classes online the afternoon of April 30th through their website for classes in Sierra Nevada the following day. When we arrived no one from the company was at the top and the designated time, and the store in the village was closed with paper on the windows for the season.
I have written numerous emails trying to get my money refunded. I have been in contact with the Instagram account, but they just say to email. I have been attempting for two weeks, but have never received a response.
This is theft at this point. 100% don't recommend.
