I’ve been using SketchWow for my trainings, PowerPoint presentations, and professional content, and I’m really happy with it. It helps me explain complex ideas in a much more visual and engaging way.

The recent updates are excellent, especially the new “Create with AI” feature, which saves a lot of time and makes content creation even easier and more creative.

SketchWow has become an essential tool in my daily work, and I highly recommend it to trainers, coaches, and content creators.

They're always updating and listening to comments! The latest updates is mind blowing. I'm thinking of actually using their tools for teaching my online classes. That way I can "draw", "highlight" as if I'm using a whiteboard but with better capabilities. Well done SketchWow! I'm excited for more updates.

This isn't an Adobe product - and I mean that in a good way. SketchWow is really easy to use, and I hope it stays that way.

This has become my go-to for creating quick custom graphic flourishes and explainer diagrams for customer presentations and slide decks, and it seems to add extra impact to have custom imagery vs the same old clickart or template-ey looking vector inserts.

If you're reading this, you've probably seen their meta ads a few times like I originally did. I probably saw a dozen before finally clicking and trying it out for myself, and I'm very glad I did.

I've been particularly impressed by how frequently they add features, and a few times even change the scope of those features from what was originally intended - based on user feedback.

Haven't had to ping support for any reason, yet, so I can't speak to that - but as for the software itself and the communication and development from the company - all fantastic so far.

That software is simply and with all honesty amazing. What makes is even way better is the team behind it who really know how to constantly keep wowing their customers. Free updates with cool new features and enhancements that has made this sofrware a remarkable one to create creative an innovative presentations and infographics.

Very intuitive user interface and great customer care. I use SketchWow a lot to make beautiful educational material!

Wow ... the new update has put an already great sketch tool on steroids. The user interface is now much more intuitive, and they have increased flexibility by making it much easier to import pictures and icons. I use SketchWow weekly, and couldn't be happier with the results.

Sketchwow has been a complete game changer for making graphics, whether for personal projects, work or revision.
There's frequently new updates and additions to the software and its easy to get in contact with any questions or concerns.

I think they have a great team to start with. Always responsive, and genuinely helpful and always striving to keep their tool updated and relevant. I love using this tool. I think one of the best for great visuals.

Same as other people here. I bought this online. Should have been 29 dollars per year and I received an invoice and they charged me for 175 dollars. With some services that I never asked for. I tried to contact them via email but I had no response. Looks like scam.

So I switched to Macbook pro from windows and reached out for support in December 2025 and haven't heard back. With all the positive reviews, I'm sure it's because the software is great but you have to be responsive. Also the contact buttons do not work on their site which is nothing but a large sales page.

Update: they did eventually provide update links.

I purchased sketch wow on an Instagram as and accidentally purchased a $77 add on. I tried contacting them to refund this. I also couldn’t login. I purchased on 19th December 2025 and contacted them 4 times asking for a refund. I’ve been on their website and NOBODY has got back to me. Be very careful when purchasing - I can’t even logon to the purchase I made! It’s now the 19th of January and I have reported this with my bank as fraud.

Bought credits didn't materialise - no luck with their customer service webpage which seems non functional!

When I subscribed I had the option to animate individual elements of the slides which has since gone and I have only the option to Zoom. Apparently this is a paid add on which somehow I had access to. Unless you particularly want the templates which I didn't find helpful for what I wanted you are best sticking with Powerpoint.

I am concerned about signing up for this as there is no option to try or even a demonstration of how it works. As I am unable to trial this I have no idea if it is right for me or how easy/hard it is to navigate. Due to this I keep putting off signing up.

It’s a bit fiddly to use. I’m not sure why it’s so popular. Sketchwow’s advertising says you don’t need to be buying credits for Ai, but you literally need to buy Ai credits once you’ve used up your initial quota.

Why does it feel like total scam? Signed up paid , never got the confirmation link... contact for customer support does not work, and what good is a license key if you don't have anywhere to enter it.

Sub optimal customer experience. Bought the software. Didn't deliver as anticipated. Ok that's fine. These things happen. 72 hours after purchase I went to website to request refund under 30 day guarantee. Support contact button not working. Used chat type pop up which seemed to randomly appear from nowhere. No confirmation message. Ok. Go back to basics. Email support at sketchwow.com and got a bounce back message. Find another email address - partners at sketchwow.com - forward email chain on. Another bounce back message... Gah. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Not at all what I expected.

Based on the ads, I expected it to automatically draw visualizations for me based on e.g. blogs. It does have an AI option (you need to buy credits for this with OpenAI, but granted - the credits are cheap), but the results are very disappointing - the AI completely misunderstood the text structure so the end result was useless... In the end, it was a sort of drawing tool, I guess comparable to Canva.

If you want a tool to draw your own stuff - I do believe this does the trick. Just not what I expected based on the ads. Filed for refund and have to admit - the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

I'm not able to download it and it says the shortcut is no longer available. I can't find the customer services button on the website. Can you advise how I get a refund.
