I’ve used this company on three separate occasions for personalised hoodies and t-shirts with embroidered portraits of our dogs that have sadly passed away in the last couple of years, and each time the pieces have turned out beautifully and been wonderful presents for loved ones.

The seller responds very quickly with the initial design to give you a chance to approve it or go back with any suggestions / changes, and once the design is approved it’s then made and shipped within the next couple of days - one of the items was ordered around Christmas and even then the service was still really quick!

I would really recommend using this business if you’re looking for some really nice embroidered clothing bits, whether they’re as a gift or as something for yourself.

I ordered a set of hoodies of our dog that passed away this year. I wrapped them for Christmas right away (I didn’t open them, kept them in the packaging). On Christmas we opened them only to realize one of them was sent on a medium size when I ordered both in a large. I emailed the company to inform them of their mistake, and the response was there’s nothing they are willing to do as they were not informed within 72hrs of delivery. In my opinion it doesn’t matter when I informed them of a manufacturing mistake, a mistake on the company end should be rectified and it was not. I paid a lot of money for these hoodies, more than I would usually spend and I am sick that I can’t wear mines. Will never be using them again, and will certainly not recommend.

I ordered a personalised hoodie and it is such a lovely product. The design looks exactly like the photo I provided. They were really quick from order to email me with a proof, then really quick and accommodating to make a couple of little tweaks I requested to make the design perfect. Production and dispatch was also really quick, and I am so pleased with the finished product. Overall, great service and great product. Thank you.

They send you a preview of what the design will look like ahead of time so you can tweak it if needed. Their responses and delivery are always super speedy. I ordered one of the outline mugs as a present for my mother-in-law, using a photo of her dog. Sofia sent me the outline of the photo to approve really quickly which looked great. Dispatch was fast, and the mug was very well packaged. It turned out so good! The mug is the perfect size, and I can't wait for my mother-in-law to see it. She will love it!
