I emailed Sketchers about poor quality of trainer shoes and attached photos as evidence.
I purchased the shoes through another company and was advised to contact Sketchers directly which I did
Received a negative response and not really bothered about this where shoes where fraying and cracking.
Unfortunately I don't have a receipt but I thought the photos showing they were Sketchers footwear would suffice but again negative reply.
I have been a loyal customer for many years with Sketchers but not anymore unfortunately lost trust and respect for the company.
Cannot afford to keep purchasing shoes were the original footwear was poor quality.

I had recently bought some faux leather boots, (not Sketchers) which I was wearing and didn't know how to protect them. Passing the Sketcher store in Portsmouth, I called in and have to say that the assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. After showing me /explaining the options, I happily purchased this particular spray.
I am 100% satisfied with the results.

Purchased a pair of their memory foam trainers, sole started to breakdown into a powdery like substance.
These are clearly not what I expected.
I would recommend caution to anyone thinking of purchasing footwear from them.

Bought a pair of men's slip in grey shoes for my dad at the end of last year. He didn't start wearing them until February as he was 'keeping them good'.
He is 86 and not very mobile, however, after only 6 months wear, along with other shoes, the rubber beading has started to peel off and crack in places. Not what I expected from Sketchers.
Customer services refused to replace them, citing wear and tear but I think this is totally unreasonable given how little wear they got.
I was offered 35% off another pair but was unwilling to buy more in case the same thing happened.
I see a lot of similar reviews regarding shoes starting to fall apart after little wear.
Very disappointing, avoid buying these. They are not cheap at £100 a pair, and should last longer, save your money and shop elsewhere
