FR Skates FRX 80 Freeskates
Super easy to order and really fast delivery! The skates itself are really good, the hard shell allows so much control and stability and surprisingly is very comfortable. Also the quality is really, really good and the skates look and feel that way. The best thing is that you have a lot of sizes so you can pick the exact size you need (i choose the size by the length of the foot and its a perfect fit).

It took a long time for the items to…
It took a long time for the items to arrive and there was no indication that they would take so long when we made the purchase. I had assumed the items would not take longer than a few days, but we were on holidays when they eventually arrived two weeks later and had to arrange for someone else to collect the package. The parcel tracking service was fine but could have been more detailed. All I could see was the parcel last travelling all over Europe and not getting to Ireland.

Our usual delivery time to Ireland is 3-5 business days.
I've had a look at the tracking, and I can see that your parcel went back and forth between 2 GLS parcel centers in Germany. Most likely, the parcel got loaded onto the wrong truck in transit.
Unfortunately these things do happen sometimes.
If you ever experience issues with an order, you can always reach out to us, and we'd be more than happy to try and find a solution.
I really like the products, not the delivery
I really like the products, website and availability of products however I don't really like the delivery times. I'd give 5 stars if delivery was faster.
