I highly recommend this website for any of your skating gears! Lovely costumer service, dispatch dates are also quick! I would definitely order from them again. Shipping was a bit slow and and went over the estimated date but that's not really their fault but the one that handles the package. Over all 100/10! I love this website!!!!!

SkatePro Provide A Rubbish Aftersales Service..!!
I purchased a pair of SFR Aluminium Chassis skates in August 2021, unfortunately the front of the right chassis broke while my daughter was skating in March 2022. I contacted SkatePro and sent photos of the manufacturing defect and after their investigation was completed, they eventually agreed to send me out a pair of new Aluminium Chassis within 2 weeks. I was happy that the issue was going to be resolved shortly.
Two weeks passed and the new chassis did not arrive, so I contacted SkatePro and was told they had a problem with delivery from their supplier, they assured me the delivery was on it's way.
Another week passed and the new chassis did not arrive, so I contacted SkatePro and was told they still had a problem with delivery from their supplier, they again assured me the delivery was on it's way.
Another week passed and the new chassis did not arrive, so I contacted SkatePro and was told they still had a problem with delivery from their supplier, they again assured me the delivery was on it's way.
At this point I could not wait any longer and asked for a new set of skate to be sent out to me, SkatePro refused and again assured me the delivery was on it's way. I asked for a copy of the manufacturing warranty but SkatePro would not provide one and advised I should contact SFR directly to obtain a copy.
After waiting 6 weeks at this stage, I decided I had no option but to file a complaint with The European Commission's online dispute resolution portal. I filed a complaint with the Danish and Irish European Commission and within a week SkatePro contacted me to advise they were going to send out a new set of skates.
The whole process took nearly 2 months and lots of emails, much of this could have been avoided if SkatePro had done the right thing a lot sooner. I think I am very much justified in saying that SkatePro Provide A Rubbish Aftersales Service..!!

It is very unfortunate that the supplier was having some issues and that meant that you had to wait much longer than we anticipated. As we let you know, we were sending the suppliers many emails to speed the process up so your daughter could get skating again :) We informed our colleagues in claims of this matter, however they unfortunately denied the claim due to reasons mentioned. As an apology, we still offered to issue some store credit for the inconvenience. Nonetheless, as you had been very patient throughout our whole communication, we decided to send you a new pair of skates to resolve this after long communication. I am sorry once again for the length of time this took to be resolved. I hope your daughter is happy with her new skates!

We ordered a skateboard

Packaging was good, all arrived in good order.
