Bank blocked access to my money and refuses to restore it.

Earlier, the bank refused to make even small international payments, I needed to use another bank to do that for me.
Then they got nervous when I received some larger payments, requested invoices and receipts for all my payments (on paper!), and were still not satisfied when I sent those to them.
Now they have suddenly and without proper warning blocked access to my account, and refuse to restore it. So I cannot even access my money and terminate the account without legal help.
Horrible treatment of loyal customers.

Awful customer experience .

Awful customer experience .

I've lost my phone twice in the last couple years and it's mindblowing that they don't have processes for how to solve if you don't have a phone number or BankID. This time I'm abroad, and in that case you just can't have it fixed, or that was at least what their customer support made it clear to me. So if you go traveling, make sure to use another bank.

I've had Skandia for so many years, but I finally had enough and will move all my savings and loans to another bank now.

Terrible bank, avoid

Terrible bank. Awful customer service. They denied me making a SEPA transfer from my account to my personal French account because they had previously granted me a "suspicious" international transfer (a transfer of 2€ !!!). The claimed the "risk was too great" to transfer my money from my account with them to my account in one of France's biggest banks. Their customer service basically told me to sod off when I was unhappy with this nonsense.

Avoid this bank at all cost. I picked them because of low fees but it's not worth it. Get a real bank.

Run for you life from them

Run!!, do not use this company whenever you do the customer service is off the scale bad I just spent literally two days trying to sort out my account only for them to say you have to start all over again. Run!!! do not use this company. They will just send you a letter like they have to me several times stating a problem but not actually telling you how to fix the problem. Just telling you that it’s now your problem and when you call they just tell you that there’s another problem, but not had a fix it for the love of God run from this company. They are the worst.

I have been a client of Skandiadiabanken…

I have been a client of Skandiabanken for many years, investing and so on. Recently, I tried to call them because I wanted to increase my balance to 20000 sek in order to buy a plane ticket for the summer or just spend inside Europe. I have tried to do this several times. Each time, I end up losing about 30 minutes because they refuse and say that I have to call the bank if I want to make a purchase.I opened another account to avoid having to call Skandia every time I want to do something, but they denied my request. Skandia simply does not take responsibility for the security issues.they just left it fall on their cliens and violes the EU law free moven of money inside Europe.

Communists who block/restrict payments…

Communists who block/restrict payments and services behind your back, doesn't communicate with you as a customer/adult. Violates EU/EEA laws where our right is to transfer money freely within EU/EEA countries without restrictions. They make decisions and judge you based on their feelings/what they feel at the moment without proof that you did anything illegal.

Terrible experience with lån

Terrible experience! Never ganna visit their web again. Try to apply for a lån. They cannot read and understand any english documents I submitted. I uploaded both my ontract and working certificate from HR. They said, application rejected, seems that you are no a permanent employee. This permanent information is clearly listed in the contract. They never read.

Miserable web system

Super unhappy. Just wasted 30 minutes trying to find the button to activate newly received bank card. The URL from button: "Aktivera ditt kort har" from Skandia email leads to Kortdeljer page which DOES NOT allow card activation. And neither the other pages do. Sent the request via chat (at 20:57), and the chat was closed by Skandia without any reply. Very unhappy.

The worst bank ever

The worst bank ever
Rude costumer service, it been a month since I kyc myself for PIN code to activate my bank ID , they never send it, instead send me some other questions in Kivra
How stupid they can be !!!! I need bankID to login to kivra
Do not make business with this company, you'll regretted as I did

Scam on the mortgage

They offered me an interest rate in the contract, then since they couldn't close the mortgage practice on the due date (for reasons beyond my control) they make me pay an higher interest rate. I'm binded with them for 2 years, and there's nothing I can do to have the correct interest rate.
Talked to the customer service and they told me there's nothing I can do, and i have to pay more.

Skandiabanken seize my money!?!

Was a satisfied customer for many years. But yesterday evening Skandiabanken had an Internet or IT failure, and during this time a friend Swished over a small amount of money to my account. Today I find that this sum has not been credited to my account by Skandiabanken. When I phoned them I was told the error is at the sender’s bank, Swedbank. It isn’t – the money was sent. So I decided to close my account at Skandiabanken – they refused to transfer my account to another bank and refused to pay it out in cash! Tomorrow I need to get a lawyer. DO NOT USE SKANDIABANKEN!!!
