O had gotten my cleats in a plastic bag. Also they did not even last a half of a season, got them 1 month ago and the sole plate is already coming off.

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 4Retro women’s size 8 for someone’s birthday. Got the shoes and they are 100% fake. Not even close to the REAL Authentic shoes that are made on Jordan.com website. They are advertising their products as REAL Jordan shoes with horrible stitching logos in the incorrect location color differences. They sent them to me in a Flight Nike Shoe box that is damaged. They even have an authentic tag attached to these fake ass shoes. I’m requesting a refund, I doubt I’ll get.

i am rating this a 3 star as of right now because it’s been 10 days still didn’t get a tracking number i still have hope that they will show up on time to my address but who knows i will update soon if not .

I ordered a pair of shoes (Jordan 4s Military black), and I must say these were amazing, in perfect condition. I was still a little skeptical due to the price, so, like any other human being, I checked for minor flaws in authenticity. However, to my surprise, there were none. Therefore, I highly recommend it.

Site is a scam. I ordered a pair of cleats, they arrived on time, however they were not authentic and poorly made. We requested to return through the website and received return instructions. Instructions had us paying for shipping and the address we shipped to was a residential home outside of Lincoln NE. After multiple emails checking on the status of the refund, we continue to get a response that they are still working on it and to “Be patient”. Two months later, no refund!

I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE ON HERE OF THE E- MAILS THAT WERE SENT TO ME AND THEM GOING BACK AND FORTH OVER MY MONEY ,PLUS THEY'RE RUDE ASF TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN MY MONEY HAS BEEN SENT LMAOOOOO NO IT HASN'T.I WILL ALERT FEDEX AGAIN TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY ARE USING THERE NAME FOR FAKE RECEIPTS. I ordered a pair of shoes from Sizzen. They canceled the order stating it was out of stock. They have yet to refund my money this was February 12, 2025. When I reached out to the company they stated first the money would be refunded in 8 to 15 days. After the 15th day I reached out again and they stated I needed to be patient. I asked if they could at least let me know the money had been refunded and they stated that once it’s been refunded it’s up to my bank to notify me. Which makes no sense! They later told me that they are working hard to correct my issue. Never verifying if the refund had been processed. This place is a joke and basically takes people money.

This company sells fake products, do not buy from them. They sure fooled me, I ordered men’s Nike alpha fly running shoes, when received they looked great, but I compared with 5 pairs of authentic alpha fly’s that I have and this company sent me fake shoes.
The packaging box was sent from Hong Kong.
These shoes weighed more than an authentic pair, I tried on one shoe of theirs and an authentic Nike on each foot and there is a big difference in the support and feel.
So I gave them away to a non running person
I don’t think he will know the difference.
Do not buy from this company, they sell fakes, copies, knockoffs.

Found a pair of Nikes- reached out before buying to ask if they were available in a 12.5 or a 13. Company e-mailed back saying that they were in stock. I placed an order. Did not get any follow up for ten days. Reached back out and they proceeded to say that the size I bought does not actually exist. I asked for a full refund- they claim everything has to go through different departments and would be reimbursed in 7-15 business days. I reached out after 15 more days had passed without any reimbursement. Did not get an answer. Reached out again, got an automated email back that reimbursements would be sent within 7-15 business days. Reached out to my CC company to dispute the charge as they STILL NEVER REFUNDED ME NOR CONTACTED ME BACK. Scam from the get-go- product never existed and they never reimbursed.

I received a FAKE pair of Kobe 6 Protro.. I was scammed and Still going around in circles with the company!
I will return them to the Sizzen in California, the Company I ordered from!

I ordered a pair of Jordan’s for my cousin and the shoes was fake. I ask for my money back and it’s been three months and no refund. This company is a scam! Please be careful of this companies.

I ordered some Jordan's and they were a good price. After six days or so I still haven't heard anything from the company so I tried to contact them. There support button sent my email back to me. I tried to call and the phone number was not good. Now I am convinced this website is a scam. I contacted my bank to report this and the very same day I received a notices saying the shoes were mailed. We received the Jordan's and they were authentic. Communication is a 0 star. Product was great. I don't know if contacting the bank had anything to do with it, but we received them and we are happy.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and fedex doesn't deliver to po boxes which I wasn't aware of and Sizzen wasnt as well. They couldn't contact me or Sizzen and SUPPOSEDLY destroyed them. I contacted Sizzen and provided a claim number from fedex regarding the situation and within a week and a half, Sizzen sent me a brand new pair. Companies like this who take accountability and take care of the issue quick fast will always get my business. Thanks Guys!!!!

I purchased a pair of soccer cleats for my 12 year old daughter. When they came after two weeks she tried them on and they were too small. I emailed Sizzen.com to start the return process. This was the most miserable experience as they kept demanding that I send them pictures of every order form and packaging as well as pictures of the cleats next to cleats of the same size so they could compare them. Finally after telling them I was going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and get my bank involved to help get the credit they emailed me and said a refund would be issued. 20 business days later and I still have not received a credit. This company is one of the absolute worst online retailers I've ever dealt with.

So I was looking at Kobe 6 basketball shoes because of the cheap price this website had it on. Usually brand new they cost for my size, 600 dollars or more. I went to the reviews and I noticed something suspicious. Some of the five star reviews said the same exact thing other reviews did. All of the five star reviews are written by bots. This website is fake and you shouldn’t trust it.
