Zero communication/waste of money and time
I ordered a pair of shoes and a T-shirt. While everything was confirmed, I received the package with the shoes missing! I checked my bank account and they had automatically refunded me, but there was no contact explaining even apologizing why it happened.
THE MOST INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER CARE, zero respect towards the customer and the money they spend! Zero communication!

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I made multiple orders in the beginning of September. 2 weeks later I didn't even receive 20% of the goods. I ordered about 15 orders. Half of it is partially refunded, no way to figure out which sneakers are refunded of which refund is linked to which order, because no references are given upon refund. So not only do I have to puzzle to try to figure out what was cancelled, I still didn't receive all the other goods! Some of the goods that I did receive were heavily damaged with the boxes being completely destroyed during transport, they don't even ship in a box, just a plastic bag. Contacting customer service by mail or via their contact forum is useless, no one seems to even care. Do they read the mail? Will they reply? Will I ever get my goods? Who the f knows. Now for the last chance, is there someone from this company that can help me before I lose all faith in this company and never order again?

Won Raffle Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Denim/Gum”, cancelled after 5 day’s
Entry of raffle succesfull, received mail on Friday 31st of July that we’ve won the Raffle. Received orderconfirmation, amount reserved on my creditcard, today still. Tuesday they sent a cancellation mail without good/ any reason, just saying sorry. That’s a lot of crap. 💩. Sent them the whole raffle procedure with all the screenshots. No answer , niet even today.

Wrong decision ever
Soooooo tired of this site. I ordered a male T-shirt but received a female exercise shirt instead with a complete wrong in size, color, and brand. Also, it came in such an inappropriate package. I asked to return the item back, but they sent the invalid code for a free shipment. I've asked them for a valid code, and it took a week already and still didn't get any code to return the shirt back.
I've read many reviews about this site yet still want to try my luck and give them a chance. Clearly, it's a wrong decision ever!
