One of the absolute worst experiences…

One of the absolute worst experiences in my life. I ordered a specific pair of shoes in a specific size upon receiving said shoes, they were the incorrect size with the incorrect receipt the only thing that was correct was the exterior shipping label. Keep in mind I’m an international customer so it’s not like I could just go in the store and exchange them so I contact the customer service team which took an absolute boatload of time to make a claim afterwards I was informed to return the shoes back to England and that I would be reimbursed for the return shipping. After the shoes arrived to England I was notified by UPS that the exact address which I copied from their website and followed their returns process to a T with photos and everything throughout the process was incorrect. The shoes came back to me a couple weeks later after UPS notified me the address didn’t exist and they informed couldn’t make contact with them after trying their email and phone number multiple times. I was informed by Size? Customer Care that I should send back the shoes again for a second time and that they would reimburse me for the shipping costs once again. At this point I was frustrated and felt like I was being scammed so I filed a credit card claim before sending the shoes back to ensure one way or another I would atleast get a refund for the shoes. After the shoes arrived back in England I was charged tariff and duty fees for the shipping once they located the address. The total amount I spent in shipping and duty fees and everything is close to $200 well over the value of the actual shoes. They ended up receiving their shoes back and when I asked about my money for the reimbursement for the shipping, they said that because I filed the credit card claim they would not reimburse me the money for shipping and I have to figure it out with my credit card company. Absolute joke of a company and disgusting people, disgusting customer service, and honestly such waste of time and money. I have over a hundred emails back and forth confirming and verifying everything throughout the process so much of my time wasted it’s absolutely terrible. Don’t even bother buying anything from this terrible company/website, it’s a shitty company and I recommend you move on and bring your business elsewhere if you value your time and money. O not to mention it took almost a month initially to receive the shoes than the returns process was strung out over two months I was lied to on so many occasions and the funny thing is when I returned the shoes to them it took all of 3 days to arrive to them the second time I guess I have a better shipper than what is supposed to be a large corporation. Absolutely disgusted with this terrible company.

Absolute Joke of a company

Absolute Joke of a company. Bought a pair of trainers which I didn't like when they arrived. Returned them the very same day using their returns procedure.
Heard nothing. When I contacted them they said I hadn't returned the correct item. When I challenged this they claimed the box was empty. I asked why they hadn't contacted me if this was the case. They said they sent an email 10th June. I did not receive any email. I will be visiting the shop and helping myself to a refund.

Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worse they do t pick your lines and the send you an email days later !! I’m still waiting on a refund I got promised days ago and never received an email for the refund to be processed !!

Returned packaged lost and no Refund

Made an order in April and didn't want to keep the sneakers. Sent them back and they received it on the 14th of May on their hub, but after that no more informations - no confirmation of the return and, of course, no sight of the money being refunded as well. Sent already countless emails that take days to be answered, only to be asked the same questions I already answered a million times. It's been now 20 days and still haven't received one single information of what is going on.

Read before buying anything

Bought some shoes from this company, the shoes they sent me had my name on the postage stamp but when I opened the box they were not my shoes. In fact they were someone else's order that was supposed to be shipped to Italy?? After numerous emails asking about the mix-up they told me that I had to take the time out of my day to go to the post office to return their mistake? right. They send me the correct shoes however a few days pass and they received the mistaken order and issue me a refund? Surely this company is more organised to check emails before sending out things? Again after SEVERAL emails and calls of explaining my situation over and over they arrange a time and date for a phone call for me to send back their money that they "didn't mean to send". 30th April 13:00 to 15:00 was their call period where they claimed to they would give ME a call to discuss bank details for the refund. Two hours of my life I won't get back waiting for a call after WEEKS of issues and not returning emails. After the time slot passes with no call in sight, I have to call them and go through their annoying answering bot I don't even know how many times now. And finally my issue is sorted. I hope to God I never come into contact with this company again. An I hope to God no one else has to waste this much time with a disorderly and incompetent company as this one.

If it was not clear by now, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I give it one stars because at least there still some competent people working there to finally get this situation over with after so long. Also because I cant give it zero :/

Highly don’t recommend this place

Highly don’t recommend this place, it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone to help with a return. The sizes of products are third world and don’t fit. I feel ripped off with clothes I can’t wear. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Don’t buy from this place, BBB should get involved.

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service…

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – STAY AWAY!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Size? has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare.

I placed an order in December for £545 using Klarna, but I decided I didn’t want any of the items and returned everything using the return portal and label they provided. Despite following their process exactly as instructed, their returns team failed to scan in half of the items I sent back, and I was only refunded £330 instead of £545—a shocking £215 shortfall.

Since then, it has been a relentless battle to get my money back. Klarna raised three disputes on my behalf, ALL of which were rejected by Size?. I was then passed to their so-called "Profit and Asset Protection team", who were not only completely incompetent but also rude and dismissive. Instead of investigating properly, they brushed me off and kept telling me to contact Klarna, while Klarna repeatedly told me to contact Size?—a ridiculous loop of zero accountability.

After countless emails and hours wasted explaining my situation, Size? decided to completely ignore me. They stopped replying to my emails, ignored valid points, and refused to engage in resolving the issue. I spoke to over five customer service agents, and every single one of them agreed that I was in the right. One even admitted: "If I could click refund and help you, I would because you have done everything right." But in the end, I was FORCED to pay £215 for items I DO NOT HAVE, simply because Size? refuses to take responsibility for their own return process errors.

This company is an absolute disgrace—unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely dishonest. Their returns system is flawed, their customer service is useless, and their approach to customer disputes is shocking. I strongly urge everyone to AVOID Size? at all costs. They will take your money, ignore your complaints, and leave you out of pocket. DO NOT RISK IT.

Customer protection / Customer service is nonexistent

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website. They arrived with a factory fault.
I've been in touch with customer service for more than a week, with no resolution. Their online processing is a piece of garbage, but don't worry, you can bring the faulty item to their physical shop for an in-person review. They have only one shop in the whole of Germany, and I happened to live 1600 Km away from it.
Customer service is not helpful and they declined my repeated request with no further explanation.
Delay, Deny, Defend. - I'm done with this company.

Failed transaction - Almost 4 weeks later, still no refund!

My daughter's transaction in the shop failed to complete, but the money left her account. She was unable to complete her purchase, so walked out of the shop empty handed. Almost 4 weeks later, I am still trying to get this resolved. We live too far from the store to return, so I have been trying to get the money refunded online... easy right??? No!! After a lot of emails and phone calls, my daughter is still £90.20 out of pocket. Absolute joke!

Update: Refund has been submitted, so finger cross, should land in my daughter's bank account within the next few days.

Bought from seize.es.
Product as expected, shipping ok but...shoes are small! Ok I send them back. Wait, do I have to pay 10€ to return the item through the postal office??? ISn't it like charging people 10 bucks to get into ur store and try a pair of sneakers? F. that, you guys should never be allowed to sell online omitting this kind of information. Never ever again. I hope someone shorts the s. out of your stock and you fail.

Cancelled my order (limited sale)

Cancelled my order after limited sneaker sale. Easy way to make money. Sure they sell all those sneakers through the back door.

If you want new sneakers, which are limited, don't buy at Size.

Lost in transit once again

Seems like most of the reviews say the same thing which is really worrying.Hermes lost in transit then no stock available followed if your lucky by a refund.Size what the hell is going on with your company?What the hell is going on with Hermes?Why the hell are you treating your customers like this?
Are the employees at Hermes steeling your orders?
Was the order sent to Hermes in the first place?
Why does your customer service not have a separate complaint’s email?
Please when you respond can you answer all these questions because this is to much of a coincidence.
