Had an issue with Royal Mail losing my parcel. Size were so helpful and their customer service support was brilliant. They processed a full refund straight away and dealt with Royal Mail themselves. Excellent service!

Easy ordering process, prompt delivery, reasonably well packaged. Only negative was having part of the order cancelled within a few hours of ordering.

Size delivered my order to my doorstep…
Size delivered my order to my doorstep all the way from UK to India.
However a little note for the Shipping partner that is DPD from UK and DTDC from India, they damaged the shoe box a little bit, also DTDC charged additional Rs490 for delivering it to my doorstep.
I was worried about my order as i paid 100 Euros + Forex charges in advance….but overall happy with Size as they delivered my order.
