I received excellent service from keira today. I had a size 5 from the shelf which I had tried on and asked for a 6. She wasn't able to get me a 6 and suggested to try 5.5 which fitted. She was very helpful and polite. After the sale keira gave us directions for a shop we were looking for, thank you

Great customer service.
Didn't have my size in York store so i ordered them for free home delivery which came well packed and very quickly. I decided they weren't for me so took them back to York store where i was refunded smartly and professionally. I think i could have sent them back for free too so great service all round.

We were really pleased to find that Size stock Salomon trainers. We were approached by Izzy who works in Size, she was very attentive and helpful. Izzy was knowledgeable about the Salomon range and helped us make our decision on the 2 pairs we purchased.
