SIXT España Reviews 

The car hire and staff were all good. However 10 days after I returned the car I got an email claiming I'd damaged the car by putting the wrong fuel in. This was not at all true and when I requested evidence and pointed out that a diesel nozzle wouldn't fit a modern petrol car the claim was curiously dropped. I've since discovered that spurious late claims of damage is something Sixt do quite regularly. I certainly would not use them again - they just stressed me out.

Coches Excelente estado, atencion increible

All good… until the final invoice.
We chose Sixt even though they were not the cheapest, but we relied on their high rating.
We booked via Holiday Autos so expected the rental to be covered and only pay for the agreed extras. However they add on extras on the extras - for example “premium location” fee…
On the plus side, they do respond quickly to queries, even though they still charge you!

Great experience with Estefania and Mar. They were very professional and efficient . They dealt with us swiftly and nicely. They showed interest to us and our trip and gave us very precious recommendations, places to visit and restaurants. They recommended a car more suitable for our trip and it was a great suggestion. We got a very good deal on top of that. I highly recommend them and we have enjoyed and appreciated their amazing service

Good service and kind

ANDREA has been really helpful throughout the (fast) pick up process.
The car reserved was not available, so he’s found the right option for me, upgrading to a higher car class.
He’s been really friendly and talkative, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A positive attitude toward customers, they always find the best offer, honest service, and you can always reach an agreement. For the past four years, I’ve been using only Sixt’s services.

Great service

The price changed at the end of the rental without clear or fair explanation. What I was quoted was not what I was charged. This feels misleading and unprofessional.

I expect transparency from a serious rental company, but instead I was left frustrated, disappointed, and with zero trust.

I will never use SIXT again, neither in Sweden nor in any other country. There are many competitors who treat customers with more respect.

Quick check-in process, clean cars, kind and wonderful staff

Nerea was very kind and helpful, she gave me a better and cheaper car than what I initially booked, I am super happy :)

Both staff members at the time of picking up and returning the rented car were kind and friendly. A very good experience.

The agents were wonderful especially Virginia. We had young children with us and Virginia was quick and knowledgeable making our experience enjoyable
