Excellent Service

Erin was our cruise consultant for our recent booking with Six Star Cruises on Oceania. She was polite, friendly and helpful during all stages of the process and really made you felt you are getting a personal service throughout. Phoned back to clarify any issues quickly and provided all documentation within a few hours of us agreeing the cruise which was offered sat a competitive price.

We have booked with SixStar many times now and received unfailingly excellent service. Our current concierge, Rebecca Rimmer, has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is done with total professionalism and real customer care.

Never got further than my initial call

Phoned Six Star having been recommended by friends it was about 5.45pm on 24/2/26 the phone rang for a long time and eventually was answered by a lady who said she would get the next available agent to call me. Eventually got a call at 10.15am the following day when the lady said she had only just been given my information by which time I had got the information I needed and a more competitive price for an Explora cruise from love it book it and spent my money there. You need to up your game Six Star and respond quicker!

Rest assured your comments are very important to us, we are very sorry that your experience has given cause for dissatisfaction and we appreciate you taking the time to write your review.
I have shared your comments with our senior sales manager to avoid this happening again. The initial call was answered by our operations team as all Six Star concierge were on other calls at the time. I am sorry your expectations were not managed and advised that the call back may not have been possible the same day. I can see concierge Rebecca called at 10.03am the following day. Apologies that we were unable to call you sooner on this occasion and the response was slower than expected. This is not our normal service but on Tuesday, late afternoon was exceptionally busy, apologies again.

Once again thank you kindly for your review it is very much appreciated, all feedback is welcomed to improve our service going forward.

Great service and prices from Six star cruises

I had a quote for a great deal on a cruise from another agency but was unsure about booking with an agency I hadn’t used before. Paula from six star was able to match my quote and get me an upgraded room pre cruise and some onboard credit. She has been really helpful in answering any questions post booking. Thank you Paula.

A real pleasure to hear our Northern Ireland ‘daughter’ again

Erin has been away for a little while and we had excellent help from Emma , but it was a pleasure to ‘hand over funds’ and pay for another cruise with Erin today. Nothing is ever too much trouble and her ‘laughing voice’ is a pleasure to hear. She’s ‘seen us right’ for more than 30 cruises and we hope to hear her voice a few more times yet.

Elizabeth has been our agent from the first time we booked a cruise through six star 3 years ago. Have just returned from another cruise & Elizabeth was incredibly helpful as always during the booking process including a couple of times when we have asked to change flight times or departure airports & offering tips for our week away.

We were amazed.

June 2027 Cruise

We have just booked our cruise with Claire Haslehurst. She was amazing and so patient with me when I couldn't always give her an answer straight away. Luxury Cruise booking with an expert

Booking a luxury cruise can be an expensive business and it’s important to get the best advice from an experienced agent. We have found Erin Madine of Six Star Cruises to be an excellent choice of cruise expert and with her assistance have booked 3 Regent Seven Seas cruises for 2026 through Six Star.
