We are a dealership and we had a problem with an accessory we purchased that they found to be poorly packaged, and we sent numerous requests for help and a solution. They were supposed to send us additional material, but we never received it. They don't respond to our numerous chat requests. We had to purchase additional material externally to resolve the issue. I'm sorry, but we have a negative opinion.

I'm thrilled with Sixrace. Super fast shipping. However, something was missing from the set. They quickly and kindly arranged for the missing part to be delivered. I had the parts within a few days. Absolutely top-notch! I'll continue to shop here!

they informed me that it could take 2 weeks until they get the parts from evotec.
it took less than two weeks until i got my package to germany. everything was was nicely and secured in the box. thanks folks. keep it up like that! bless

The part evotech was available on the italian site, then weeks to get it without any information..I had to ask many Times..

Great customer service and good prices .

They have a great range of products at very good prices. The problem is that I found it very hard to communicate with them. I bought a set of brake pads but it was very difficult to know if the pads were for the front only or a complete set. The ad didn't specify this and just said 'brake pads'. The picture showed a complete set, so I email them twice asking for clarity but never got a reply apart from an automated response. In the end it was just for a front caliper and since my bike has two front calipers it wasn't very useful to me. It's a shame, as I think the site could be greatly improved if they just communicated better and clearly specified what they were selling. Despite this experience I'll probably use them again, since they have a great selection, but I would advise people to be careful when making an order.

They provide better prices. Though delivery times can take quite a while, they sincerely say about that on their website, so I personally see no issues here. If you have some time to wait and don't want to bother with import/duties/etc, it worth giving them a shot
