Hi Fabian - the founder and CEO who will never read this (and probably don't care about customer service).

Your company is borderline scam!

Received the speakers (S2000MKIII) in a beat-up thin cardboard box with physical damages! (Yes, 20kg speakers shipped in a thin used cardboard box) The Speakers have exposed MDF siding and small scratches. This is NOT a “certified refurbished “ it's just a “used” product, which you can find in FB Marketplace (at least they will disclose the damages).
When I asked for exchange, I was told to pay for the return shipping if I want to have these damaged speakers exchanged (?)! I am very disappointed with the quality and the customer service that Sixale provided so far. Kendall have offered additional 10% off (I have not received this so far and I rather have this exchanged to a non-damaged product, which is not an option without paying for the return shipping.)

I understand you are small company, but if you shipped physically damaged product, normal companies will typically exchange them for free of charge. If not, I call this scam. Had I known that I will be receiving a used, damaged product I wouldn't have made the purchase.
Try ordering Sonos/Bose/Apple "Certified Refurbished" product. I will guaranty you that these product will be shipped looking new, without any dirty fingerprints, damaged sidings, and scratches, taped up, beat-up used cardboard box. If and if the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can return the product free of charge!

I won't be shopping at Sixale going forward. Your "“certified refurbished“ is just a “used” product that requires a "lucky draw".

Very good first impression! Purchased an Edifier bookshelf speaker for their website. Order arrived within 2 days as long as you're within GTA area. First order had a deffective left speaker. I had to contact customer support to make a claim. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. I received a replacement within 2 days. Will shop again from this website.

Can't speak about the rest of the company or what it is, there isn't a lot to research about the company. But I purchased the refurbished Edifier 1280DBs that were on sale, and when they arrived, they look nearly perfect. The box was sealed with the Edifer tape, packaging was clean and basically looked brand new and the speakers sounded great. Take this with a grain of salt as I am the only review that I can find, but from this one experience it's worth taking a shot at.
