Uncooperative, Rude, Not Customer Facing in anyway, can't talk to anyone by phone, you must either have NO questions about setting up and sending your first press release or be prepared to work it out in 10 minutes, WITH an appointment, Period. Terrible customer service emails commenced, zero attempt to understand and insulted our firm, made several wrong assumptions and didn't hear what I was trying to ask. 9 other companies were contacted and all were super easy to work with and eager to win our business - not these guys.
Responding back on 7/18 to their response below: Not only can they not spell my name correctly, they have started to personally attack me now, calling and writing when I asked them not to, so I've had to report and block them. . Their points below are absolutely, completely false - not one person, at any point - asked to clear this through the 3rd party client. I guess its a CYA attempt. I have all the written transcripts of the craziness and have nothing to defend myself from. BEWARE.
My last time addressing this. I understand all of what they are writing about. Because i'd compared several other companies in the same press release distribution field, I was able to have a conversation where I could offer every detail any company has needed, and every other company has been pleasant, professional, offering information needed to earn our business. This company refused any conversation about the needs this unique client has and therefore could not possibly understand the issues and wasn't interested in giving me any time to spell them out. If you want to be treated like a number, want a company to abuse your verbally, insult your client, and act like they have no idea what an agency does for a client, and then be harassed, this is the firm to go with. The owner himself has been so nasty and is putting out TOTALLY wrong details of our interactions. Again, I have the transcripts, asked only to be able to discuss pertinent details, and refused to be bullied. So they are now putting out misleading and plain out lies on social media channels and everywhere else. At this point, I'm considering getting our corporate attorney to address this. Please know I have nothing to hide and have not had a nasty review in 15 years of business. I don't want the drama or negativity in dealing with anyone like this in my life. My request for an additional 10 minutes discussion time caused all of this barrage. 7/19/23, Ridiculous.
