Surprised to read the other reviews. Amways had a good experience manage to bud up enough to cash out regularly and never had any issues receiving it. The more u login and answer questions or take part in surveys the more surveys u get offered.

I used to really rate this app but recently was invited to do a research review but going to a store and buying specific ingredients and making a meal and recording it for a £50 incentive. I did all of the above and my responses were approved, waited the 10 working days for the payment but it hasn't come through. Contacted support through the app and they haven't bothered getting back to me, not happy as I'm down money on this task, as travel money to the store + buying the ingredients.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last year I was unable to use my PayPal button to cash out. I contacted them a million times and it's now April same time as last year and I still can not use it and asking them to cash me out is a joke. I also had an issue with my last quest but the stores internet connection was so bad I could not make a video now I don't get any store quest and hardly any questions. I have reached out to them multiple times and nothing gets done. Im so sick of them being unresponsive.

After cashing out and not getting paid I messaged them to see what the problem was and then deleted my account. This app is a SCAM and will not paid you. I should've read the reviews before joining no wonder this has a 1 star rating. Again this app is a SCAM STAY AWAY

I used this app before with no issues. I recently got on it again, cashed out and when I tried to log in find out that my account got banned. No reason why or anything. So frustrated knowing they took my money and feels like they are scamming people now. This app used to be better in the past.

As soon as you earn enough to cash out the app suddenly logs you out. Then it repeatedly gives error messages saying "session expired" every time you try to log back in. Tried password reset but didn't receive the emails any of the times I tried that. Tried using another device to get the app and login... same issue. Created a new account, no problem. Logged in and out several times, no problem. Decided to see if the password reset email might actually get sent to that acct, the one that hasn't earned enough to cash out, and what do you know?! That email showed up immediately.

They use to be a good app before they changed it to Influence... customer support DOES not ever respond to tech support requests.
Don't waste your time

Needless to say, these folks are entirely too incompetent to be as thin-skinned as they are about people getting mad at them for it. I spent the better part of a year having errors on their app, to include broken questions that wouldn't clear off and surveys intended to get more questions which didn't work. Once in a blue moon I managed to earn a couple of bucks and it would then take upwards of a month or more to meet the payout threshold at the snail's pace that questions actually came up and worked.

I get a little angry at them after getting excuses and hand-waving in response to support emails bringing up these issues, and they get testy by threatening to remove my account. Finally the app starts to work halfway right, but lo and behold I complete one set of questions and all of the others I was going to do next just vanish. When I bring this up, the response is classic CYOA and more hand-waving. I didn't even curse, just showed some frustration in return.

A whole DAY later after I'd finally seen the app work halfway well and I was able to make enough for a payout they then respond and just outright deactivate my account. If you're going to be bumbling idiots for that long and just dismiss valid complaints, grow some thicker skin. Seriously.

They asked for my PayPal information to do a cashout, which was about the most inconvenient thing they could do since it meant I had to wait until after I replied with it and they then processed it. Instead of just automatically sending the money to the account I've used for LITERAL YEARS. Just as a way to get one more little dig at me. On top of that, they didn't even send the full amount.

I tried to be polite in spite of their sudden attitude and nasty disposition, even attempted to find a way to reconcile. Considering that they decided to get vindictive and play some childish games at the end...Well, there is far worse than just a bad review coming their way, they can count on that. And frankly they've more than earned it. If they're open to acting like adults and working things out, great. If not, that's fine too.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the product testing and especially emails from the ‘support team’. you made me go out and buy a product but 1 question out of 7 was not approved and the support team has not been helpful.

I followed the instructions which were unclear and even offered to re- record but
they have not been helpful at all.

Great little app for making a little extra money...good customer service when I've had issues...

I used to give this site five stars not anymore box pop me is supposed to pay out within 1 hour if you've already had a cash out I have had numerous cash outs but the last one was late and this one is over 8 hours late you're supposed to respond to customer service inquiries within a few hours it's been 8 hours no one has gotten back to me I'm very upset because we take our time to make the money the least they can do is Cash us out on time PayPal should be something that's instant you shouldn't even have to wait 72 hours the first time for your cash out it behooves me that these sites can continue to make it seem we have to wait for something when they earn their money up front not only that I've been doing some of their extra surveys that they have and these surveys will let you finish the entire survey and then say that you don't qualify or you don't fit the right criteria there's no way in the world I should spend 20 minutes on something and then be told I don't fit the right bike. If they can't determine that bye the fourth of this question they should have to pay you the entire amount but it's bad enough you wind up getting nothing. As I stated I have contacted them about four times between 3:00 a.m. and now which is 11:44 a.m. to no avail no one has gotten back to me my payout is still sitting independent status it's supposed to be paid out within an hour how do they know with these hard Economic Times I don't need that money to eat I don't believe that they care because if they cared they would be someone there that make sure that everyone's payout is cashed out promptly and one time it doesn't make any sense that we make these companies millions of dollars but yet they make it seem as if we owe them something no they owe us something that's the way it is so I would like to know where they are and where my money is and how come it's been 8 hours and you have yet to hear from anyone and customer service

Waste of time. Avoid at all costs. Took a while to get 10 just to find out that can't withdraw as there's a " problem" with my paypal, same paypal that I use for many other apps lol. Customer service is also rubish.

This is one of the best apps ever. Was able to raise monies and paid for PlayStation plus subscription. Small but consistent pay. Really worth it to download and have on your mobile. Though now called influence.

Giving them a 3 as I did a trial for old el paso which had a £10 payment if you completed and responses were all accepted which they were however the £10 payment never came and you cannot contact them via the app as when you click contact it doesn't do anything. Pretty gutted if I'm honest as seemed a great concept

So far so good up to £7 in a few days time will tell if the app is legit and let's you pay out at £10 if it does i will change the review to 5 stars

They need to work on their support. I have been a reviewer for them for a long time, have made many videos and over £100 from the site. On occasions I’ve had videos declined, so I wrote in to ask why. All you ever get is an almost automated reply, stating the possible reasons. Not exact reasons. If I ask a specific question, I expect a specific answer. Not some copy and pasted garbage
