I turned up to my appointment on the wrong day which was completely my fault. I had travelled from Kent and Noor the lovely receptionist was really sympathetic and made the extra effort to fit me in when they were fully booked. Dr Imaana was very professional, reassuring and I felt instantly at ease. I’m looking forward to seeing the results of my Botox but so far I couldn’t recommend them enough. The clinic felt very clean and sterile in the best possible way.

Dr Talya is brilliant. So happy I found her. And Noor is wonderful.

I love the team in Mayfair clinic - both the reception staff and doctors (most recently Dr. Imana & Mariam). I have always had an amazing experience and treatments and have been going there for years. Definitely recommend.

Dr Sonia was so lovely and warm and took her time to explain everything making sure I feel comfortable.

Mariam at reception was also very warm and welcoming which immediately put me at ease.

Dr Hursh was absolutely brilliant in making a detailed plan for profihlo and Botox for my wedding!

I had a great experience with my polynucleotide treatment at Sisu Clinic. I booked a course of three sessions and received friendly, professional service throughout, starting from the initial consultation where there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the procedure.

Both Dr Nila and Dr Imana were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during the treatments. I’m really pleased with the results so far — I’ve noticed a visible reduction in my under-eye bags and shadows, and my eye area looks much fresher overall. I’d definitely recommend the clinic and team.

Had such a lovely experience at Sisu Clinic today for my Botox and lip flip treatment. Dr Nila was so friendly, gentle and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The treatment was quick, smooth and I was in and out in no time.

I have a few appointments now at Mayfair with Dr Talya who i feel comfortable with for botox and fillers and micro needling. She is gentle and explains things clearly amd calmly amd k have had great natural results

I have been a regular recipient of anti-wrinkle treatments for over five years, but my experience at Sisu Clinic has been so distressing that it has put me off treatments entirely.
Following an initial treatment that left me with significant facial asymmetry, I attended a corrective appointment which only increased my distress, I was offered no resolution except for "the other brow will drop to match" - it did not, and 3 months later I am still asymmetrical.

Despite this, Sisu’s "Medical Directors" have now hidden behind clinical protocols to refuse any fair resolution, effectively telling me to just "wait it out" while living with a botched result.

The Principle: It’s not about the money; it’s about the appalling lack of care following a medical treatment gone wrong. I understand this is a risk of the treatment, but the total lack of care or accountability is what is most shocking to me.

Communication is non-existent, I had to follow up on every single email, often waiting up to two weeks for a response while dealing with a physical complication.

The Resolution: They offered a 10% discount on future services. Why would I spend more money at a clinic that has already failed me physically and ignored me professionally?

If you are looking for a clinic that takes responsibility when things go wrong, look elsewhere. Sisu is happy to take your money, but they will leave you high and dry if you suffer a complication at the hands of their team.

I’ve had a few appointments now and I still recommend Sisu. Everyone is incredibly kind and caring, they listen to you and make sure any questions are answered before you go ahead with anything. Would happily come back.

Been coming to this clinic for 3 years for my Botox. Never had an issue just amazing results. The team are amazing, seen a few different doctors over my time. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

I walked into the central London clinic to ask about available appointments. The staff were all chatting in the doorway, was told there were no spaces even with the website should appointment times free. I have used Sisu before but the service has really gone downhill it seems, tried to reach out to customer service to give feedback and couldn’t get through on their website either! Ended up going to Therapie which is always professional but slightly more!!

My first treatment at the Mayfair branch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I was happy with my treatment (micro needling) the discomfort level was pretty low. Would recommend.
