CPAP doesn’t work
CPAP doesn’t work and Sistemma will not stand behind warranty (purchased 11/2025 notified Sistemma of issue 2/2026). Supplier offered to buy it back at 30%-50% to sell to someone else, but it doesn’t work. I’m concerned about the business model.

I would like to clarify that the S11 model replaced the previous version and is fully compatible with the same therapy requirements and accessories. Functionally and clinically, it is designed to serve as a direct successor to the earlier machine. For that reason, there would not be an expected difference in performance or suitability if the previous model met your needs.
I understand that you have since obtained an older unit and are now requesting a full refund. However, your request falls outside of our 30-day return window, and our policy does not allow for exceptions in these circumstances. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. Thank you for understanding.
