I ordered for the first time on the 21st June. Everything seemed ok initially, but when it was out for delivery I realised it was going to the wrong address, the company had put the same shipping address as the dispatch address so essentially just shipped it to themselves. It took a number of days to get a response and a replacement order processed. It is now 6 days since this and the new order still hasnt been dispatched! Not very impressed as a first time purchaser.
*update 10/7/26- finally got my replacement order today and the mystery box is missing! Starting to feel like ive been conned
*update following sistacos reply to this review. I have screenshots of the tracking and my conversation with dhl which shows the shipping address was the same as the dispatch address. Also my husband who works in ecommerce and uses dhl frequently says this is a common user error when printing labels.
Both my original order and my replacement order clearly state that the £45 in free gifts are included so this is just a downright lie.

I purchased a week ago and was excited to try the product. However, they took my money and I have nothing to show for it. A week later and my order is still Unfulfilled. I have contacted 'customer service' via email and FB and the response is we will check and update. No update received. Still waiting for product so I have now initiated a case via PayPal since that was my payment method to get my money back. I chose them for the reviews but perhaps this was the wrong way to go. I don't even want the product now, just my money back

Love, love, love! This system is so simple, anyone can do it... yet it looks sooo professional and beautiful! I love the colors, and all the different accessories, tools, and additions they offer. The support is phenomenal as well. I was having a specific challenge, and I posted on the Sistaco Facebook page, and I got a response right away via email, giving me the exact answer I needed. Thank you, Sistaco, for supplying such a great nail color system, and saving me money in the process -- no more trips to the salon!

A fun amazing experience, a way to bring ur own creative mind into play for happy hands n feet. So easy to apply and a fabulous out come. Many beautiful colours to try n the opion to mix it up a little by building up ur own personal signature colours. Many arty additions to make ur designs one of a kind. Well worth the experience. One on one support given by the customer service staff also. Assistance when needed, makes the experience alot more rewarding.

It’s so easy to use & I can change my colors whenever I want! The videos make it especially easy to follow along! Will definitely be a long term customer!

I truly cannot rave enough about Sistaco. Not only are their products AMAZING but the company and the community around it are absolutely PHENOMENAL! If you haven’t tried them yet—WHY? You have no idea what you’re missing out on!

I was initially hesitant to try this product as my nails have just not been the same since chemo and doing them myself was a bit overwhelming. I spent the first couple of weeks working on cuticle care with the fabulous tools I received and amazingly discovered a much deeper nail bed that I never knew I had. I’ve since done three manicures and two pedicures and I am hooked! My nails look fabulous, the color choices are incredible and the quality of product and service is not to be beat.

Like many of us Sistaco came up in my Facebook feed advertisements as a better product then salon gel with easy application and removal. Right after ordering you get an email about joining the Sistaco Collective which is basically a sales page where all comments that might give you a true understanding are deleted immediately. So you read glowing post about how everyone loves it and it's so easy to use and remove, buy more before products run out of stock or you miss a sale. FOMO and enablers all influence you to purchase more while at the same time their heavily moderated and controlled facebook page behaves more like a cult, coven or a bad boyfriend. Glossing over any issues like it's your fault and how could all these other women not be having issues when you email for help. Meanwhile, your nails are getting dryer and more brittle after each removal. Then you wonder why no one else can be having issues so you do an internet deep dive and find out Sistaco has a long history of suppressing complaints and issues with their product. So I would not trust Sistaco advertising or the Facebook Sistaco collective group. I would recommend if you do buy their system take it slow the first few months before you start purchasing more powders you may never use. Many user have issues with the base coat that does damage that takes months to resolve. The steamer for removal required me to soak my nails multiple times to get the product off even when trying to do removal as gentle as possible in pure acetone. I also tried using an efile but was afraid to remove too much and hit my nails. I am hoping to find a way to use my large collection of Sistaco powders but will definitely not be buying anymore. I hope this review finds those user who like me wanted to love Sistaco but started having suspicions that the product does not work as advertised. I did reach out to Sistaco for a sensitive base coat but found out that it was even harder to remove than the normal base coat. My nails all started lifting and even my toenails. They are getting better after I stopped using Sistaco. Look on change.org there is a petition to stop Sistaco from Oppressing Freedom of Speech.

I love all Sistaco products. The powder shades are easy to apply once you get the hang of the system and are endlessly versatile. Extras such as glazes and finishing touches means you can easily have a new look between manis.
The company have live launches and new product releases regularly and the Facebook Collective is a great place for tips and new ideas. I have been a Sista for over three years, it’s brilliant and I would never go back.

I purchased the 6 pack of powders as well as the three pack of powders. Buying this way is a wonderful bargain. In addition to the powders you also receive an applicator brush for free. If you love the Sistaco system definitely buy your powders this way

For being a small family owned business Sistaco is a great company. They have given us hope at having beautiful nails without the chemicals' used in salons world wide. I have started using Sistaco Sustainable Nailsand what a great idea. I have used press on nails in the past, only to have those other nails turn my nails green because of poor adhesion. I do not have that problem any more. I have been using Sistaco products for a couple of years nnow and will continue to use them.

I have been a Sistaco customer for over two years and love every product I’ve tried. The quality of the product and the customer service is outstanding. I love the flexibility of using sustainable nails or natural nails which the mineral bond powder suits and the great information that is provided.

BEWARE OF SISTACO FREE GIFT OFFER.
I purchased extra items to be able to receive the $75 free gift which arrived. It was a soap bar and two finger plastic tops worth approsimately $3. I searched again through the package nope there was nothing else.
I am now into nearly my third week and 6 emails later trying to get what is still owing.
They have wanted me to re look as if I am an imbicile. They have asked me to check again. They have asked for photos then more photos. They have referred this matter to their team, seriously $50 item missing.
This has cause immense stress and I have had no choice but to warn others. They treat their customers with no respect and make you feel like a criminal.
Please be aware of this company. I have had no choice but to contact Fair Trading, and the ACCC and Fair Trading because of the their abhorrent behaviour to a valid complaint

It is very easy to use. The colors are really pretty. They have great customer service. They have great deals throughout the year

I have fallen in love with Sistaco! The products are so much fun and I’m saving money doing my own nails! The community is great and the involvement of the company makes it even better! Sistaco truly goes out of its way to answer questions, help new customers and offer amazing sales and incentives! Shipping is fast and there is always something on my wishlist!

This is the best clean beauty product I could find. It is a bonus that their shades are so beautiful and long lasting. They release new products often and keep it interesting.

I have been on a long break from nail salons… so when I saw a video about Sistaco I was intrigued. I did my first mani… and wow!! The colors are beautiful, the application is easy and fast without having to sit in a salon and then pay outrageous prices to have nails done. This system is truly amazing and saves me time and money!

Sistaco loves its customers as we are all sistas. All of their products are thought out and quality made. They are always coming out with new products and do many giveaways and promos each year. Customer service is excellent especially during live sales events when things are going fast.
