Just had a very frustrating conversation with this company and was given contradictory information about a product. You could say that we were lied to. We were told that they had information from the manufacturer about a product in relation to our question. A positive answer to our question would have led to a purchase. We asked for confirmation from the manufacturers information i.e. a screen grab or photograph so we could reassure ourselves that what we were being told was correct. We were then informed that they do not have any manufacturers information. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing.

I purchased 2 bolts last week, they arrived, i screwed them onto my shed door and the keep part split in 2 pieces, very poor quality, i have sent 3 messages asking for a replacement or a refund and not even had the decency to acknowledge my messages

Looking at the other reviews, they had the same issues with no contact

I ordered 90 rat killer paste as described in the advert but only 15 came in a packet. I checked my order and it does say 15 sachets of paste but it shows 6 packets on the advert so i assumed it was 6 packets x 15 past = 90 items. Trading standards will be contacted as it is very misleading .

I placed an order for a 500ml spray container of Acana Carpet Moth treatment but received instead a 250ml spray. I appreciate that mistakes can be made, so I contacted the company not once but three times and didn't receive any reply, showing not only a distinct lack of customer support but possible deliberate sharp practice as I've been left out of pocket.
