Good quality, quick turnaround for overseas

The website is well laid out. Product info and pictures were descriptive and plentiful. Pretty quick turnaround considering it was going from UK to USA. Only issue I had was that I needed to exchange for smaller size and so I had to return and reorder.(No exchanges-paid for shipping again)

Good suit

Good suit. Delivery on time. Excellent service. Fits to size. The only thing i was not happy as we cant adjust the waist of the trouser. Would be great if waist is adjustable

Although order was dispatched quickly

Although order was dispatched quickly, I was dismayed to discover one of the toddler suits purchased arrived minus a fly zip, due to time constraints I felt it impossible to return as the boys are due to be baptised this coming Sunday, I have had to take to an alteration shop to get the zip put in which has meant an additional cost to me.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Replied very quick to my enquiry email. Was able to order the shoes for next day delivery for my granddaughter. My granddaughter loved the shoes. Will definitely use them again

Bad quality bad customer service

I bought a suit for a wedding in February every thing seemed ok and after it was worn for about 2 hours it was put away in a suit cover and when I got it out today there was a 4 inch gap in the outside leg seam but after contacting Sirri they weren’t even bothered and copy and paste answers

Haven't had a refund of items that were…

Haven't had a refund of items that were sent back.
Refund was sent to my closed bank account (closed as it was done so under the current account switch scheme - not my choice). Tried to communicate with Sirri to explain that the bank advise that they have sent the payment back to them and to ask them to refund to the new current account. Sirri's phone line doesn't work at all. Chat responses are sporadic and in broken txt speak English. All they keep telling me is that the refund was sent, and they can only send it to the account it was made from. I've explained that the account is closed and they need to refund to my new current account. They are refusing to do so. The bank just keep telling me they have to refund the new account. Sirri say no. I'm left in limbo £63 down. Advise avoiding as the products weren't great either, as well as non existent customer service.

Ordered 3 matching tie and pocket…

Ordered 3 matching tie and pocket square sets for me and my two sons and had a problem with royal mail loosing my parcel. The customer service team went above and beyond to send out another order on a 24 hour delivery to ensure I got my sets before the wedding I'm attending. Couldn't be more happy about the service and the products we received
