Truffles for microdoasing are almost expired.

I bought it online and from the description I understood that it included the remote control, but that wasn’t the case. I complained by email and they were not very nice, to put nicely.. I won’t purchase anything from them anymore.

My oh my... The prices for the candles and fairy-lights is very high for the quality offered. The Christmas lights stopped working after one season and the small tea candles last exactly two days on the four hours option, so 8 hours of battery life!!! Very very wasteful...

The 'Sirius Sara' candles with AA batteries are decent, if one buys rechargeable batteries especially.

Absurd. They sent the wrong package with with suspicious TCH tests and REFUSED to give me back my money,

I obviously throw it out as long as I didn't want to drive around "suspicious".

The damage they caused me it's insane and I lost 100 dollars. Be carful

They delivered late and the 2 grow kits I received where not fruitful although following the protocols they share with you. I have been growing for years and never got that disappointed And the customer service does not care.
I would go for other much better shops, with better quality and moreover great customer service.

I worried during my journey about whether I receive my parcel or not and finally it lost. It was very expensive shopping for me. It cost my vacation. Take care.

Called customer service 3X as the international website was not working to place orders. The first 2 times I spoke to someone and was promised a callback when they couldn't resolve the issue. Callback never came either time. Finally on third time calling, I was able to connect with someone who could help me. Since I placed the order, there is no communication about when it will arrive.

I will not be buying from company again. After placing an order for the UK your website SHOULD have informed buyers that they were unable to fulfil the order. Your system took the money. Now the credit you give back is not the value which was taken from my bank.
Thank you for nothing and I’m down in pocket. I won’t ever be placing another order.
