They might be great for Landlords, not so much for prospective Tenants and Guarantors. Only one questionnaire which is time consuming, and mostly irrelevant for guarantors, the only information which is relevant pertains to the ability to cover the rent in case of default by the Tenant, I suggested that they prepare one relevant to the information needed. They emailed me, and phoned me using my personal information, which was for the Landlord, not for their use, and asked me to change my review, I did, I lowered my rating by one point.

SingleKey didn’t allow to enter addresses or phones of previous locations and landlords from countries other than US and Canada. Are they openly discriminate people who lived elsewhere?

The Tenant screening process is wonderful. Absolutely give it five stars. The rent collection service is a disaster and you should stay away from it. Rent gets collected late, and arrives later. Twice it failed to collect rent from a tenant, but sent me confirmation emails claiming the rent had been collected and deposited in my account. Instead of saving time, I've ended up having to check manually that the idiotic tool is actually doing its job.

I almost sold my rental property due to having previous tenants that ruined my property and stopped paying rent for the last six months. I saw an ad for the rental guarantee they offer and booked a call with a helpful representative. They guarantee the rent if the tenants stop paying and even cover damages. She even helped me run the reports and sign up for the program. I really didn't want to rent due to dealing with that possibility again, but this program took away all that risk. I highly recommend this to everyone, especially if you rely on the rent payments for your mortgage.

Great company that's focused on helping landlord deal with the risk that come with renting. I highly recommend the rent guarantee program that guarantees your rental income even if tenants don't pay. It even covers property damage and legal fees if needed.

SingleKey has the best tenant report in Canada. I have tried running reports through other companies and they are not as useful as the one I was given by SingleKey. In addition to this, customer service support is extremely helpful!
