Sent them videos of their product causing my mignon specialita to not work.

Edward claimed it was not his product but very clearly it is. Customer service is dreadful. The product as someone else said could be 3d printed for a fraction of the price. Cheap.

Absolute shambles.

Ordered in March 2022. At this point the company takes your money. They know full well at this point that they can fulfil the order. Finally after a total of over 40 emails back and forth most of which are just me chasing Edward and being repeatedly ignored I asked for a refund. No reply. I wait a week. No reply. I give him a deadline that I need the product by the end of the following week because it has been 3 months of repeated promises and nothing delivered and finally it arrives.

The product itself is at best below average. If you have a 3d printer you could print this for < 10% of of the price charged.

I think this is what I would describe as a complete rip off. Don't expect anything but the worst customer service and an average at best product. It does kind of work, but it doesn't for one second fix the retention problem that the Barista Pro has. 18.5 goes in 18.2 come out... next time 18.5 goes in 18.8 comes out...

As for the various videos on YouTube and their claims regarding this product, you draw your own conclusions. I've unsubscribed to several channels that I thought were legitimate reviews based on this experience.

Removed his Facebook page of Singledosebrew because of the bad average review. Really unfair.
My experience: ordered a single dose bellow for a Sage/Breville Oracle Touch. The ring was not fitting at all so addressed this issue and something went wrong but it was not explained what and why. I asked for a refund but another was sent. Now it is said, due to Corona, it is delayed beyond believe. I placed my order in the beginning of February, took around 3 weeks to receive my first product and after this the replacement was sent around 3,5-4 weeks, so end of February, but still no product. Contacting Edward is very hazardous as he sometimes replies but not always. Also Edward not really reacts to the issue and proposals for trying to solve it. STAY AWAY!!!

Bought the Eureka Mignon Single dose from their website and i received the tracking info. For some reason now i cannot find the email and tried communicating with them several times with no luck. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER.

I got the Eureka Mignon Single Dose hopper from them and was skeptical it would work, but it turned out it made a HUGE difference. The amount of grinds it manage to blow out was almost 1g to 2g .. I have so much better and consistent extractions now!

Got their Breville Single Doser after watching the review by Matt on the Lifestyle lab channel. Has to be the most awesome add on for your Breville Barista express. Thanks to the seller too for their friendly communications!

Initially came across the seller on Etsy With The user Name SingleDoseBrew and was redirected to the sellers website. Purchased an item through their website and never received a confirmation email or the item. Avoid this seller..
