Zuerst war ich skeptisch. Aber am Ende hat es sich als hilfreich und auch unterhaltsam hearusgestellt.
Man muss die Tipps dann halt auch anwenden um zu sehen ob es klappt. Bin noch Single , habe aber zumindest keinen Korb bei der Ansprache bekomen
Ich war voll zufrieden. Das Outdoortraining war der Hit. Lustig, aufschlussreich und sehr motivierend.
