I i received my item so so fast! i’m actually shocked! On top of that i received the most beautiful piece of jewelry such a beautiful bracelet and the quality is amazing! thank you!!

As many others, my order never arrived, and customer support ignores all my emails.
I ordered the ring in August 25, it's end of the year and they are not willing to give back my money.

I absolutely love the pieces I received! I wear them every day, and the ordering process was quick and easy. These are perfect for daily wear, and I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future. 100% happy!

This company provides beautiful, trendy, yet affordable jewelry that really elevates any look. My pieces came fast in the mail, and when I opened them, I instantly fell in love. I usually don’t wear bracelets, but I’ve been wearing my Sincere Sally bracelets almost everyday now. Cannot recommend enough! Love the timeless pieces and the prices.

I ordered a size to small so they offered me a replacement for half price. I thought ok, the one in the wrong size got to me no problem so I reordered it in a size 6. TWICE now, in spite of having sent it to my address the first time, they have, in my opinion, intentionally sent my replacement ring to Colorado Springs, Colorado. The first one was sent back to them from there but the second replacement was delivered to that address in Colorado. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN COLORADO!!!! I sent them an email letting them know that they had once again, sent it to Colorado instead of to me and have not received any response from them yet. Also, I gave the original ring to my daughter and she sent me pictures of how it's already tarnished. They are very cheaply made and just not worth the money or the aggravation.

I love my Sincere Sally pieces! The quality is great and they look exactly as pictured. Shipping was fast and the packaging was so cute. I also appreciate how responsive and friendly the team is – they even reached out to thank me for tagging them in my photo. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely shop again!

As soon as I received the package I knew the quality was going to be amazing! It just doesn’t come with the jewelry but also a cleaning cloth, I mean such a plus! Jewelry was absolutely great quality as expected!

I wrote my 1st review on June 6th, I finally heard from someone I think her name was Erica. I don’t think she read my email because all she mentioned was the tracking and that it showed it has been delivered!! I have sent several emails but no response except the automated one!!! I’m so tired of this company, they aren’t who they say they are!! Not happy at all!!!

Well I’ve been trying to settle an exchange of a ring since February 22,2025. Set numerous emails the last few weeks and they don’t even respond. I’m guessing the positive reviews are people that didn’t have to deal with Sincere Susan’s “customer service”. They got your money and want more if you have to exchange for any reason. Horrible people.

If I could give zero stars, I would.the ring I received looks absolutely nothing like the one pictured.no shine whatsoever,just a dull piece of glass.and now I'm catching hell trying to get a refund.they offered me 60% off for another piece of jewelry,like I'd order from them again.and yes I know it's cubic zirconia,but I have had some beautiful pieces of cubic that actually looked like the real thing.save your money

It's a pretty ring but there are nowhere near the cuts in the moissanite that they show in the ad. The one they shows glistens looking down thru the top because of the cuts. Not so on the one I purchased.

Not only did they send me 5 products to review for free. But they sent them to me within a week! The quality is so sturdy but delicate. Love how they packaged the boxes in a sweet gift box with care instructions and a small microfiber cleaning cloth! Obsessed from start to finish!
