Bed frame turned up the foot board no fitting fitted contacted customer service none existent pretty much was agent to be with me.next day no one turned up pay cheap and cheap customer service and rude people hardly speak a word of english if you value your time don't go here multiple number for customer service not sure how this business runs everytime u speak to an Manger its a different person everytime

Ordered lamps said in stock 25 days later no item I have emailed on 6 occasions no response The telephone number is no longer available I have contacted my credit card company so I'll have to wait to see if I get a refund . What a disgrace

Ordered nest of coffee tables that were in stock (apparently) they took the money. Had confirmation of order. Then nothing, waited, waited and waited, nothing. Tables were stated as still in stock.
I eventually emailed them. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Emailed again.
Then received a message saying the order was cancelled. No explanation no nothing Two days later the money was back on my credit card.
If I could give no stars I would. What a outfit !!!!

Cancelled order having taken payment although item was still available on their website. Refunded payment promptly and said we could re order the same item at an increased price . We declined and ordered product elsewhere .

Ordered a table from this company after reading some positive reviews and paid through PayPal. They responded to my first enquiry about delivery and then no response from emails or phone calls. PayPal investigated for us and we received a full refund but would have appreciated a response or apology from the company.

Ordered item on 7/9 /22 with delivery estimate of 5 to 7 days . Three weeks later no item has been delivered and despite numerous phone messages and emails, asking for an update, I have had no response whatsoever with the company. Will be requesting paypal refund and will never order from this company again . My advice would be to avoid at all costs .

Terrible, don’t recommend this company at all. Kitchen unit never turned up and they don’t answer the phone or emails .

The colour of the purple pushchair is not how the colour looks like in the picture
It’s a completely different colour
And the bag that comes with the package is a different colour to the pushchair too
Wasn’t impressed with the colour when it arrived but needed a pushchair due to having the baby
If I had known this before hand I would of just chose a black one

I was surprised when the courier turned up with the cabinet but what a lovely surprise. Its stunning in every way, I love it. Ordering was simple, and a week or so later here is my new pride and joy. I cant stop looking at it, and what amazing value too. Thank you

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Even when noticing they was a damaged component rang customer services and a replacement was sent out straight away foc will definitely be ordering again from their fantastic range of products

I was a little hasty leaving a poor review due to no contact earlier, however, I have had great communications throughout and the original lamp which was not of an acceptable quality has been replaced. Still not A1 quality but OK.

I have given a mark of 3 due to the quality of the product, if better I would have made this a 5
