Simply NOT impressed!

Before placing the order, I called customer service to find out exact delivery timeframe and provided my ZIP Code. I even paid for an expedited 2-day shipping and was told it would be delivered by 5/18. On 5/18/2026 I called the carrier and was told you still had not given UPS the package. I called your customer service department and got excuses and an apology. Doesn’t help me at all since your products I paid to expedite and were guaranteed to be delivered in time arrived after the gradation date that I provided to CS before placing the order. To top it all off when the package finally arrived after the graduation, the quality of the big heads was super poor and part of the photo on the heads were missing because they had peeled off. I called customer service and was told even though it was a custom order and you throw away returned items, I had to waste my time while out of town at a graduation, in Baltimore, Maryland and not the safest city to be trying to find a post office no less, to return your defective products back to you despite paying expedited shipping charges and missing the graduation they were ordered for, in order to get a full refund. Terrible customer service! I returned the product today, 5/25/2026, and expect a full refund in the next couple days or I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company! First time I’ve ordered from this company, and this will be the last time because you failed miserably to deliver products for this special event despite your delivery guarantee. Ironic, the name of the company is Simply to Impress, because I am anything about impressed with this company, the quality of your products or your customer service.

I’m impressed!

I’ve been a customer of the “orange box” cards for years but when I needed my cards at the last minute, their rush service still took too long. Simply To Impress offered the fastest delivery I could find so I gave them a chance. The quality was excellent, I had my cards in hand in less than 48hours from placing my order and it was cheaper than the orange box! I’m impressed!

I have ordered several things for my daughter’s graduation from here, and everything has been excellent! I received the items in a timely manner and the quality is very high! I will use this company again when I need items for celebration occasions and I highly recommend them!!

I was sooo pleased with my order

I was sooo pleased with my order, bag tags were perfect for my book club event! Cardstock was great quality and even came with hole and twine for attachment. I was so impressed! I’d definitely recommend and use again!!

My cards still are not delivered and I…

My cards still are not delivered and I ordered them 11 days ago. The system said they were shipped on 5/18, but tracking says they were not received for shipping until 5/21. Stop overpromising delivery times if you can't do it. I would have gone a different route if I had known this would be the timeline.

That adorable box inside the box!

The cards were printed and cut beautifully, loved the way the return addressed envelopes turned out...but my favorite part was the initial unboxing! We were so very excitedly anticipating their arrival...then the box within the box and the gold sleeve and the way they were so carefully wrapped? Loved all of it! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! 🫶

My friend recommended Simply to…

My friend recommended Simply to Impress. My main concern was getting my son's graduation announcements in time. So many amazing options. But once I chose and edited my graduation cards and finalized my order, shipping was FAST! I believe it was 2 days and was very reasonable. Was so happy with how they turned out, I ordered a year sign and some fun wrapping paper too!
