Do not honor their free exchange shipping policy or give full refunds
Around this time (Memorial Day) in 2018 I made an exchange order for a different size in 2 flannel shirts from Simply Tall because they were having a Memorial Day sale which means you had to place an order before Tuesday when the staff returned. For some reason their website would not let me select that it was an exchange order for another size which would have been free shipping so I was charged $10 for what never should have been a "new" order. Of course the staff was out of the office for the 3 day weekend so I did not get a response email or phone call to the messages I left until Tuesday because I had to explain that it was an exchange so I was not supposed to be charged the $10 shipping according to their exchange policy at the time. However, Simply Tall refused to fully refund me with the $10 per the free shipping on exchange policy that was listed on their website which is why I did not order from them again until this year. I just ordered the fuchsia nightgown 3 weeks ago that did fit fine and was on sale for $20.70 plus expensive $5 shipping for a light weight item. Now it is on sale for $17.25 so it would have been nice to save that $3.45 and finally get my $10 back which is $13.45 (cuz every bit counts when you're poor and have to spend a lot of money to move to another state). Disappointed in ST! >:-/
