Love this company! Not only did I get my ordered items quickly, but they also threw in a surprise box of treats in my order (and hand wrote “Enjoy the Shapes!” on the invoice). I will definitely use their services again. Cheers!

I’ve bought from Simply Oz many times, and have always gotten excellent service.

Shipment came quickly, but realized that it would have been the same price had I ordered it from the Madura Australian site. Also, this is not your fault, but the flavor was not as good as previous batches. It had an almost bitter, smoky flavor, which is uncharacteristic of what I am used to as a long time loose leaf green tea Madura customer.

Always quick to fill order and ship. Merchandise always arrives safely in intact condition. Fun stuff on fun website.

Great to get stuff from home only downside is that the foods are so expensive. But thats the price we pay for being expats.

I previously ordered the meat pies, but they were delayed in shipping by the carrier and the interior container designed to keep the pies cold was broken. My pies arrived very warm. I called the company and they immediately told me to not eat the pies, talked with the carrier and offered to try again. I was going to be out of pocket for the immediate future so I did not take them up on the offer. I recently ordered again and the pies arrived in perfect conditions. We ate some that night and were transported back to our time in Australia. Love them and am considering ordering some TimTams to munch on soon. Wonderful company!

The delivery was scheduled for a Tuesday. However it was delivered on the previous Friday while we were away. The box and products were soaked. A more realistic delivery time would be greatly appreciated.

The Custumer service done by Carol is excellent. Is really a pleasure to call the company and order My green tea rich I love it for around 15 years I drink this unique and decadent Madura green tea. It is the best in the world.

Great service, but shipping rates are really high. I would rather receive my orders by mail than much higher Fed Ex/ UPS rates. Almost a third of the cost of my last order was for shipping.

Simply Oz offers fresh products and very fast shipping. We have purchased from them many times and will continue to do so. We highly recommend them.

Sent the order on time. Packed very nicely and neatly with bubble wrap to protect the contents. Nice handwritten note and extra packet of biscuits as a little gift. All in all a great experience.
