Undelivered purchase

I have ordered a plush throw blanket from Simply Organic Bamboo on March 24th. I have yet to receive my order. I have tracked the package and USPS says it was delivered on March 26th. I checked my parcel box, our business office and it is no where to be found. USPS says that it’s not their responsibility for the package after (they said) it was delivered.
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I sent numerous emails and called the company (no one answers their phone). The first customer service representative gave me a tracking number for DSL and told me they were delivering it. I proceeded to look into DSL and the tracking number was rejected by DSL by saying the tracking number wasn’t valid.
I sent a message back to customer service and they said they would get back to me and they never did. So I’m out of a $152.00 and customer service won’t take responsibility for this and make things right. I am being completely ignored.
I received an email from DSL saying that my package is expected to be delivered on April 1st so this is my last hope that it will be delivered and I will receive my delivery. I did not receive my first delivery that Simply Organic Bamboo says came from USPS so I’m hoping that DSL will come through.
Never the less, I’m told 2 different delivery services is delivering my package and one of which didn’t deliver because I didn’t receive it.
What kind of customer service is this coming from Simply Organic Bamboo? It is horrible that I have to do all the work to track down my order and package? This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even know if I’ll get my package and or my money back. I am not someone who can just hand over $152 for a purchase I don’t receive. Besides, I’ve just had surgery and was looking forward to having a soft comfortable blanket for my recovery. I do not know what to do if my package is not delivered. Simply Organic Bamboo will not return my emails and the phone number they give you as a contact number, no one answers the phone.

Best bedding ever! So soft! And the customer service was amazing. My order arrived in 2 days. So happy!

BEWARE... This company will scam you of your money

BEWARE! This company is a total scam. I ordered a blanket as a holiday gift. They used a special shipping service (Not UPS, FEDEX or USPS). Their shipping service sent me a notification that the order was delivered and signed by a "David Jones". My building's package room was closed on the day it shows as delivered and they confirmed there is no one by the name of David Jones working there. Clearly this was delivered to the wrong address or the person delivering made up a fake name and took it. OK.. it happens. I contact the company via text as per their website. I receive a rude text back insinuating that I was making this all up and that they would not replace the item unless I filed a police report. Mind you, the total of this order came to $106. I live in NYC... and this company wants me, the customer, to file a police report on an item that was delivered incorrectly by a shipping company that they used. I told them I was uncomfortable with taking up someone's time at a busy police station to file a report just because their company did not want to put in the work and investigate with their shipper. They refused to help. They told me "there is no going around this." Who speaks like this to a customer? I even called the police station just to see what they would say and the detective laughed. He said this is absurd. The package was not stolen off of my doorstep... there is nothing to investigate. The company would have to talk to their shipper. I disputed with my CC company and we'll see what happens. Just know, if you purchase from this company, you are giving your hard earned money to people that do not care about you as a customer. There are plenty of good, respectable companies to give your money to. This is not one of them, trust me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company is a scam. I bought sheets for my son, and he thought they looked too silky. Despite them having a clear return policy on their website, I have not been able to return the sheets. The only thing we did was open the packaging of one pillow, touch it, and fold it back in its packaging as new. The sheets are untouched. I have been trying to return my order, but despite multiple emails back and forth, the company has not given me any instructions. Instead they have been stalling and sending me weird questions or trying to get me to use the sheet for 30 days before returning. In my last, exasperated email to them, I threatened to leave public reviews unless they gave me return instructions as per their policy and this was their reply: «  Am I correct in that all 3 of the items are still new in packaging, then?« . That information was already given twice in prior emails.
