I am writing this to warn others about my experience with the Ageless NMN and TMG Longevity stack. Shortly after starting these supplements, I began experiencing serious voice control issues and significant mood changes.
Initially, I didn't associate these symptoms with the supplements, but over the past month, they have become increasingly severe. The voice issues have made communication difficult, and the mood differences have been uncharacteristic and concerning. After researching the potential for over-methylation and neurological sensitivities related to these specific ingredients, I have stopped taking them immediately.
I do not take any other medications and the only other supplement I take is vitamin C and creatine.
I reached out to Simply Nootropics via email to report these adverse effects and provide my order details, but I have received no response or acknowledgement. Given the "serious" nature of these side effects, the lack of customer support is very disappointing.
If you are considering this stack, please be aware of how your body reacts. I strongly recommend caution before starting, as the neurological impact for some can be significant

To be transparent with you: voice control issues and significant mood changes are not recognised side effects of NMN or TMG in published human clinical trials, where both ingredients have been well tolerated across multiple studies at a range of doses. That said, individual responses to any supplement can vary, and we never dismiss what a customer is experiencing.
Stopping the products was absolutely the right call, and we'd strongly encourage you to follow up with your doctor to investigate the symptoms further, as they may need to rule out other underlying causes.
Regarding the lack of response to your email, that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I sincerely apologise for that. Please reach out to us again at hello@simplynootropics.com and I will personally make sure your case is looked into and responded to promptly.

Very easy and helpful to deal with and love the products. I am 69 and went to have full bloods taken everything was in the middle of the normal range I would post it but it’s on 6 pages for all the different tests so very happy

Double ordering NMN with Simply Nootropics
I accidentally did double ordering NMN from Simply nootropics and contacted them straight away. With the professionalism of the staff, they stopped the dispatch ASAP and had refunded my money back the next day. I was over the moon because I had this experience with other company, however, those took more than 6 weeks to get my refund and during those times I had to go through all red tape plus stress. Tried the NMN combination powders for a total of around 10 weeks. Im a healthy male age 44, train 6 days a week and eat healthy. I didnt see any noticeable difference in my energy level, strength or general health. After advising the company on my results they stated that because I was already fit and healthy, I was less likely to notice any difference, as opposed to being unfit and unhealthy. A bit rubbish in my opinion.
