As first time buyers with adverse credit, a mortgage felt out of reach for us. After our initial consultation, we immediately felt at ease.

Curtis, our advisor, was knowledgeable, informative, responsive and friendly. He answered all our questions with clear explanations and advised us effectively with regards to the different options available to us.

Zoe, our case manager was also helpful, informative, and communication was excellent. We received clear, regular updates throughout our application.

We don’t have the best credit score and were refused else were. I reached out to simple lending and had a good chat with Adrian. We told him everything from the start with not much hope. He was very helpful and confidante he could help. We were then past to Kerry and she was also an amazing help. I have never done this before and both Adrian and Kerry were amazing through the whole process and we have received a mortgage offer. We Highly recommend. Adrian and Kerry you are both a credit to simply lending.

Hands down the best of the best. I have a very unusual and complex income that most specialist brokers said a flat out ‘no’ to. I eventually came across Simply and worked with Lee who managed against all odds to get me a mortgage offer. His communication was efficient, to the point, and he knew his stuff so that we were able to get what we needed sent through fast. He was always honest, zero BS and appreciated the stress that comes with applying for a mortgage! My case worker Chanelle was also fantastic and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Being on benefits I wasn't sure if I could even get a mortgage, throughout the process I felt supported and listened to, I got a good deal that I can afford and even though the final amount was less than I hoped for, I still felt I was being listened to, advised well and supported. I wasn't expecting to pay the broker fee so soon so that left me short on money, that was the only downside to the whole process, I was told that fee would be absorbed into the mortgage amount. All in all though I was happy with it. I've never had to do anything like this before and it was a scary process but I appreciate the efforts of my broker John.

Going for my second home made contact with Luke from simply lending to help get me the mortgage.
The name suites the company it was just that simple got me my mortgage.

From start to finish Simply Lending were fantastic! Aaron was our advisor and explained everything clearly and got us a great deal but the real star was Chanelle who deals with progression. She went above and beyond to get us an offer out before the weekend as she knew how difficult things had been. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Simply Lending. Lewis and Farrah were exceptional, providing quick responses and clear communication throughout the process. While other lenders told me it was impossible to get a mortgage due to a recently cleared DMP, Lewis found me a lender promptly and gave me hope. I now have a mortgage agreement and am nearing completion on my new home. It’s refreshing to find brokers who understand that past financial mistakes don't define your future. As a solo parent, I’m forever grateful for the stability this has given us—I couldn’t have done it without them.

From the very start, we got in touch with Matt and Abby and they were both brilliant. Super approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely felt like they were on our side from day one. The whole process was incredibly smooth and straightforward.

What really stood out to us is how helpful everyone is. No matter who we spoke to, they were always responsive, clear, and supportive throughout. Their whole process took a huge amount of stress away.

They also managed to secure us a much better rate than other brokers we had spoken to and we mean much better. Yes, they charge a fee but honestly, the deal they got us covered that cost and saved more over the life of the mortgage. It’s one of those cases where paying for the right expertise actually saves you money in the long run.

The speed was another big plus. Everything moved quickly and efficiently, and we even got accepted in a day, which exceeded all expectations.

Overall, they made what is usually a stressful and complicated process feel simple and manageable. Professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive, exactly what you want when dealing with something as important as a mortgage.
