team was very helpful

I never got my package when i was supposed to so when i reached out to the team they were extremely helpful and resent it. it then took another week or 2 to come. so if your getting them for a trip i would suggest to order atleast 1 or 2 months before your plans.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!
I don't know if this is a scam or what but
1. I never received my order
2. There was no tracking number (so when it didn't arrive there wasn't even a way to know why)
3. Emailing customer service was the worst!
They denied my request for a refund and I'm stuck waiting.

Good tats, good price

They came a little late, but once I got them it was an easy process and I love them. They were also very understanding when the package was late and offered to send them again.

Lovely support and high quality tattoos

I had a problem where I didn’t receive my order, I contacted support and Amy from support was very helpful and nice and fixed the problem. The support people are very reliable and respond within minutes. I’ve had friends order tattoos from them and the tattoos are high quality.

I ordered a custom tattoo and paid…

I ordered a custom tattoo and paid extra for it to get here fast. The cost ended up being $16. I’ve never used simply inked before and wanted to try it, but my experience has been terrible. They lied about the shipping date, they never gave me anymore information besides the last place my tattoo was, and it has been over a month now. I requested a refund a few weeks ago and they never got back to me about that either.
Go to inkbox, its more reliable. I have never had a problem wit by them.

I would not order from this bad place…

I would not order from this bad place at all I never received my tattoos and random chargers came up on my card and I think it Was from this place it is a complete scam !!

I ordered 4 tattoos on the 9 of…

I ordered 4 tattoos on the 9 of december and I never recived that. On the 10 of march I asked finally for a refound. Meanwhile I wrote exacly 46 emails to simply inked but it was useless because who works for their support service doesn’t know how to do their job. Finally i asked for refound but i only got it for one of four tattoos. I received the others but I never received the service I bought because I paid for 4 tattoos in 3 weeks and I got 3 tattoos in almost 4 months, that's why I say that I was only partially refounded, because I never received what I paid for how it was supposed to be. Basically I only spent my money to buy some stress. Easy the worst shopping experience of my life

Card scam?

I loved the tattoos but sadly after ordering a day later my card came up with a $62 charge from a random site idk if its from ordering from Simply inked but saying I never used them before I was a little suspicious

Feeling duped.

I purchased these thinking I was on the actual inkbox website. The website is misleading and I felt like an idiot after I got my order and double-checked. The designs aren’t the size from the pictures. While cute, I was expecting an inkbox tattoo that would last 2 weeks, not a few days. They did not send any instructions for application, and there are no instructions on the website. Just cheap temporary tattoos, but at least they actually arrived in the mail.
