Upon ordering items in stock they…

Upon ordering items in stock they emailed a 4 days later saying the chest was out of stock - so we opted for the dressing table to be delivered - the dressing table is ok but not great, lots of small black scratch mark under the the white glass and lots of black glue in certain areas, the handle holes are all over the place and not in line making it awkward to fit the handles. What really lets the service down from this company is they hardly respond to emails in timely manner and it takes 3 days to get a response. As for getting a refund for the chest of draws we constantly had to email them and took over two weeks to get our funds back for this item. Over all a little disappointing.

The whole process was pretty…

The whole process was pretty straightforward and the team was very helpful with any questions that I had.
I received my new set of furniture pretty quickly and all in perfect condition.
I love my new chest of drawers which really compliments my entire room :)
Thank you, and will definitely be back for more beautiful furniture.

Excellent service and high-quality furniture! The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was on time. The pieces are not only beautiful but also sturdy and well-made. Resolution provided

Update: A big thank you to James who reached out to me directly to resolve this issue. The refund is being issued as requested and James was kind enough to allow me to keep the mirror to avoid further courier costs being incurred and as a gesture of goodwill. For further information, the goods themselves were of high quality, it was the description which was incorrect on the website.

I bought a stone coloured mirror online - clear colour from the pictures and the description. Charged £30 for specialist courier delivery who are even meant to come in and unpack your delivery according to the email but this did not happen so beware of rip off courier charges.
When I opened the mirror the box said it was silver not stone and the colour once unpacked is clearly a shimmery silver - nowhere near stone.
I asked the company to exchange for the correct item and the insult was that it must be the lighting as they are definitely the same colour. I've never heard anything so silly and insulting when it's clear as day they are totally different colours, even as described on the box. Since then, the company have ignored my correspondence so my bank will be disputing this on my behalf.

Simply Home UK - Stylish Mirror

Hi we ordered a expensive mirror from Simply Home. They had actually sold out but after messaging the company, Charmaine email back to me and said that we would have the next one in stock. This was ordered and Charmaine kept us up to date when the mirror would arrive from that point we have regular updates from the delivery company and the mirror arrived to plan. The mirror is high quality and looks fantastic in our new Kitchen / Dinning room knock through. Would certainly order from SimplyHome again.

Nest of tables and large mirror

I ordered a large mirror and crushed diamond nest of tables and the quality is second to none absolutely stunning both pieces, the only thing wrong was I had to wait a while for them but that was a shipping error nothing to do with items and felt secure as charmaine and James kept me well informed would highly recommend 👌

Terrible service

Terrible service. Has not delivered and contacting customer service a farce as only via email and delivery dates not fulfilled. Would highly avoid and now needing to involve my bank to try and gain refund as no response to refund request.

Stunning dining table

Stunning dining table !
The table was delivered and was even more beautiful in person. The Diamond crushed table goes perfect with my decor and adds a real classy effect to my living room. I would like to order again from this company no faults at all I'm very happy.

Nightmare from start to finish

Nightmare from start to finish, 2 weeks delivery turned out to be almost 2 months. Customer service shocking. Unanswered messages nobody to speak to on phone. Recieved 1 email in 2 months saying item gone to Rotterdam!!!!! No updates. I tried several times to reach out to them .sometimes with an answer after about 5 days. Absolutely awful service. Never again. Ps. Delivery men were very helpful that's about it. Caused me far to much stress this has. Avoid!! Apparently I'm ungrateful after being sent a crumpled piece of paper along with a blank frame. Owner contacted me offering me 2 pictures to make amends as long as I took review down. Come to order the pictures most out of stock of which i told them. Was offered 2 others which looked cheap that I didn't like so I refused. Recieved a frame today with a separate so called canvas. It was crumpled of which I informed the company. To recieve a msg to say how ungratefull I was. Shocking. And after over 2 and half months iv only had 1 phone call to try and persuade me to take the review down. So after much stress and upset with this company iv decided to go to trading standards. Overall experience is minus nil I'm afraid.just recieved an email from this company accusing me of crumbling up the can̈vas myself!. So far they have accused me of being ungratefull, crumpling up somthing i definatly didnt do and being ungratefull. How awful. They have also stated iv given them abuse! Hopefully they will publish the so called abuse as iv been patient well mannered throughout. Regardless of the terrible service iv recieved .

Good evening, many thanks for the review Julie. Firstly, you ordered the table on a 4-6 week lead time. Unfortunately due to delays beyond our control, the table was 2 weeks late, which we’ve massively apologised for. James, from our senior management team reached out to you to try and make amends. He offered you a free gift for your home as we always want to ensure even when we do make mistakes, although rare, that we rectify the situation. He asked you to choose a piece of mirrored wall art from the website. You then send through 2 designs that you liked but unfortunately, as the website states, are sold out. James then went even further above & beyond and found one of the designs that you liked (that was meant for a larger frame) and cut it down to fit the mirrored frame that you liked. This was then packaged and sent out. We always package our wall art with the canvas tucked alongside the frame in the box, with no issues whatsoever. I’m sorry that you’ve mistaken the canvas for packaging and crumpled it up.

The messages and abuse that followed this evening unfortunately were not acceptable. This was a 100% free item, intended to be a gesture of goodwill. I’m sorry that you’re still unhappy and wish you all the best. Many Thanks, Simply Home

Undelivered items & ignore emails

Placed an order in August, received two emails delaying delivery. Still waiting delivery and it’s October. Requested a full refund several times via email and receive no response. Stay well clear!!! No goods no refund !!!! 7 emails, post a review and receive a refund within days and a phonecall saying it’s actually been found in the warehouse & do I want it delivered. Erm no thanks 👋🏻

Unfortunately due to significant however uncommon delays on the shipment getting to us, they didn’t come in until 10 weeks after your order was placed. Your order was one of the first of that particular batch of product so you’d waited the longest.
