Good item but bad delivery
Good item but bad delivery. Told a particular day. Took the day off work, no call no clue. Rang in the afternoon for an idea of time. Told just wait till 6. I waited till 8 - no delivery and no apology. Received a phone call from the delivery driver the following morning at work 40mins away and had to book the afternoon off and drive home again!! Still waiting for the delivery refund!!!

Quality of item was quite good, but felt the finished product was not as good as I expected, I had to glue a few bits down, there were no instructions for lid and not enough screws supplied. Customer service was good, it was the finished product that let them down , it was like the job had been rushed.
