So please with the amazing job done!! The flooring that has been put down for me is absolutely stunning!! From the moment I went to the shop and the help and advice given from Peter, to the measuring and quotes being provided very quickly, the service has been flawless. Jordan and Joe who did my installation, were fantastic, great customer service, friendly and offered advice. Amazing job!!!

From the moment we walked through the showroom door we could see Gary, Becky and the team were on a different level.

Their knowledge and direction helped us enormously and everything they said they would do they did. Started and finished on time, Jordan and the team of fitters explained every step and did what they said they would do, which ended up with the flooring we expected that’s looked great.

Fantastic service from everyone we dealt with. We visited the showroom where there was plenty of samples to look at and everyone was really helpful. Provided samples to bring home and then brought larger samples once we’d narrowed the selection down. The team that installed did a fantastic job, were friendly and left my home clean and tidy. I’d definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Absolutely fabulous service from the start, Gary was really helpful in the shop when we were choosing the best Karndean flooring as we have a dog. The fitter was very polite and professional and gave me all the advice on the best way to look after the flooring, I think he was called Jordan, give him a pay rise! 🤣🤣 Customer service after care was brilliant. I will be a returning customer as I’ve got 2 more rooms to have done soon. Would definitely recommend this shop. Keep up the good work.

From choosing to having the floor fitted it was a total stress free experience. From the guy in the shop, the guy who came & measured up and including the fitters, all were respectful, well mannered and a credit to the company. I love my new floor thanks to these guys.

Gary was very knowledgeable about the Kardeen products and all staff went out of their way to point us in the right direction for the best flooring and style for our home during numerous calls and emails prior to fitting. We purchased Grey Herringbone Karndean gluedown flooring for a kitchen renovation for our customer. Excellent knowledge of products from Peter who welcomed us into the shop and was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, quick delivery and a trustworthy company. Your shop is amazing and you provided me with 1:1 consulation plus allowed me to take the Karndean samples home to see what worked best – this was something that had not been offered elsewhere. You were also willing to adapt to fit my needs e.g. fit with plywood rather than Instalay first. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish - Lovely showroom with lots of lovely carpets to choose from. Peter and Becky were very helpful and everything was sorted very quickly and we were very impressed with the guys who fitted our stairs and landing carpet.
