This site is an absolute scam
This site is an absolute scam! Beware! Ordered something paid for expedited shipping and nothing after 3 weeks. Their customer service is awful and it has been over a week trying to get a refund.

Poor communication
Although I received acknowledgment right away, I had no further communication as to when or if this order has shipped. Small order, should have shipped immediately. I requested info and have not received a reply yet.

Disappointed
This is a company I ordered from in the past. I liked the quality of their merchandise and have been very happy. I asked my husband to place an order for us in July. They normally state 4-6 weeks delivery, it was 8 so I asked him to contact the company.
They stated one of the items we ordered was on back order and when it comes in they will send everything together. I thought to myself, why wouldn’t they contact us to tell us it was on backorder and why couldn’t they send the products they had in stock and send that one later. Like I said, I never had problems with this company so I didn’t think anything about it.
I explained, that my husband was upset and he thought the company was a scam. The credit card he used, the number was stolen and used. Thankfully we were able to cancel and report fraud on the charges.
Again, they said there was a mix up and I need to confirm my shipping address. This was still positive to me. It is now September and I think the problem is getting resolved. I’ve been in contact with them and they said they would give me a tracking number.
I waited two weeks and nothing. I emailed back, no response. I called, left a message and nothing. It is now October and I’ve come to the realization that this is a lost cause.
