I like the products I bought from simplify living, I tried out the luggage wheel covers. Plus the interior package bags. I've used individual bags many a time, as its easier to manage. Having extra room in bag is important. I like these bags. Totally recommend them.

I ordered the anti theft bag in navy blue. It arrived very quickly. Sadly it was not big enough for me. Big tnf bag looked well made. Plenty of zipped pockets snd a strong strap and phone pocket. I asked to return the bag. I got a quick refund within 24 hours.

Limited Anti Theft properties.
My wife recently purchased a Simplify Living Anti-Theft "Cross Body bag". I liked it so much she bought me one, albeit a smaller size as I felt hers was too large. The smaller version is their Anti-Theft "Casual Sling Bag" but I'm not so sure about its "Anti-Theft properties.
By comparison.
The Cross Body Bag has a slash proof strap. The strap is also sewn directly onto the bag at both ends (no release clip) which would definitely make it harder for a thief to steal. It also has the added RFID feature to protect against unwanted card scanning.
This bag usually retails for AU$100.00
The Anti-Theft "Casual Sling bag is not advertised as having an Anti slash strap (maybe it does) but IS promoted as having a "Quick-Release Buckle" on the strap which I feel would aid in its Theft.
The Casual Sling does not have the added feature of RFID which enables Digital Theft as well.
It would therefore appear that the only Anti Theft features of this bag are the concealed zippers.
This bag is smaller in size and usually retails for AU$110.00
In the FAQ section of the Simplify Living site it states that their "Cross Body bag" is more expensive than a regular Crossbody bag owing to its higher build standard, premium materials, reinforced strap, secure pockets and real RFID. Apart from the build and premium materials, the Casual Sling bag is smaller in size, has a reduced Anti-Theft feature including RFID and is more expensive??
Surely Anti-Theft bags should be designed to be as theft proof as possible, especially when it comes to the design of a strap... Slash proof and no quick release buckle.
RFID might be an added extra but with these bags being promoted as Travel accessories, I would have thought RFID would be standard, especially on a higher priced bag.
Based on the above, I had considered returning the bag.
A 30-day Money back Guarantee is offered which also states "Try it, pack it, travel with it - if it's not right for you, send it back within 30 days for a refund .
The Refund Policy then states, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
As my bag was bought as a gift, i'll keep it but with my upcoming trip to countries with high theft rates, I'm hoping to find a bag that better suits my needs.

Anti theft bag - not impressed
I bought one of their anti-theft bags. Initially under impressed with quality. Main compartment zip in weird place, if you open zip, items fall out of bag. Used for first time today. Had trouble packing with all the things I need for a day out. I only took bank card as no room for full purse. Once specs, sunglasses, asthma inhaler, lipbalm, phone, tissues were in, no room for a small water bottle and definitely nothing else. And no way would this fit under your coat as one of the ads has suggested. Not very practical.

I got scammed trying to buy an anti-theft bag
I bought the theft proof bag that they advertise on social media. I did not like the bag and requested a return/refund on line. They never offered a full refund but forced me into a page to agree to a partial refund and told me to keep the bag. Then they gave me instructions to email them to complete the refund request. I had to submit pictures proving I did not use the bag and after a day or two I got a notice approving the refund contingent on following instructions to return the bag. I contacted them twice asking for the instructions or a clarification as how to return the bag. No response. No refund. I am stuck with an overpriced bag that I do not want. Do not do business with this company. They will cheat you out of any refund. And the bag is not good. The pockets are too small and the zippers are not theft proof. Big waste of my time and money.

The zippers cross thread, they are poorly sewn together. These are cheap and nasty, the cost was $50 each, if you saw them in a store you'd hesitate to pay $5 they are that bad.

A little underwhelmed
I ordered a cross body bag for my father to travel Europe with. Upon receiving the item in all honesty I was quite underwhelmed. The quality of the material felt ‘cheap’ and the body strap was quite thin. The hardware did not feel secure enough if I were to have the bag weighted with items. Overall I did not feel comfortable paying the discounted price for the product I received. (And to add, this product is usually over $100AUD!! Which to me is barbaric).
I will have to say though, their customer service reply and resolution is second to none. Though, if I were to return the item I would have to pay postage myself. This along with the products condition is my reasoning for the rating.
