Wills and POA.
The call was on time, the young man was very polite and explained a lot of things. He did have to call back as he had forgotten to mention and take payment for one item, very apologetic so no problem.
Follow up call from Zane today and discovered Will had not told us about optional monthly fee. Which I have now declined. Overall satisfied with the process.
Fantastic company and great service
Fantastic company and great service.
Shane and the team called in advance of my actual appointment to check some details and confirm appointment time which made the whole process very quick and easy.
Shane also clearly explained everything as we went along and made optional suggestions but for now I am happy to just go with the basic will.
My sister recommended me and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Excellent knowledge and very friendly
Excellent knowledge and very friendly. Helped us a lot.
We would highly recommend Simpler Law.
We had already been to two firms with regards to doing our wills but didn’t move forward with them as their approach just seemed very stiff and formal.
We had seen Simpler Law on a shopping channel and felt that they were much more approachable and also the fact that they had met all the regulations to be able to appear on television gave us more confidence.
Our contact was Shane Mason. He was very friendly. He was obviously very knowledgeable but managed to answer all our queries politely and in a manner that didn’t make us feel silly for asking them.
For some people, making a will is a very daunting thing to do. Our experience with Simpler Law, made it so simple(no pun intended!) and Shane’s friendly approach made the whole process very easy.
We would highly recommend this company and would like to extend our thanks to Shane for his invaluable help.
best decision
Shane was very helpfull and we never felt pressured to add anything to our will he discussed everything with us and explained anything we didnt understand i an so glad we made the decision to have a joint will done

From watching ( shop on tv ) where simpler law advertise to posting my lasting power of attorney to the Goverment office for it to be registered.
Im in no doubt that simpler law are a good solicitors .That said while watching to tv show i contacted them for a discounted will.
When you get the call from them is not long before you are bombarded with all the other things they provide.
As a dyslexic person it all sounded great
Im sure all the things that we have paid for will aid my relatives when my time comes.
With all the things we bought from them we are now paying £120 a month for i think 12 months plus we will be paying £190 to register our lasting power of attorney. I don't even recall the registration been mentioned until right at the end .
We will have paid between £1400 £1500 for our cheap will and the rest of it all . I ve been told we have done the right thing i hope so

100% 5 Star Recommendation
A totally professional service. I was guided through all stages, even with my odd requests and questions.
Joe was an absolute Star and a credit to the company. He also now knows what a guinea is (the old charge made by the legal fraternity, £1.05).
A strong 100% recommendation.
Skilled assistance in the process
Skilled , gentle rapport building from the representative as speaking with me about a sensitive topic for many .
Very interesting information as also arising from the questions as posed for my consideration. Nothing felt pressured or rushed . Follow up action for myself has oriented me to matters I can give further attention to for rationally thinking about future issues as possible or likely and plans to put in place .
