Andrew's knowledge, professionalism and calm and patient approach made the whole process less stressful and much easier to navigate. I came across Andrew from Simple property lending when my husband and I started talking about purchasing an investment property and we needed advice.
I answered Andrew’s call after I asked for more information online, I spoke with him, and I immediately felt like he knew what he was talking about. We arranged a phone call with my husband and as they say the rest is history.
The service Andrew gave us throughout the process was exceptional – always keeping us in the loop and answering calls at times we thought we would leave a message!
He went over and above for us, and I do not hesitate to recommend him. Loved the birthday message, 8 months after our loan settled, and still in touch with us checking if we need anything else. Andrew has been my broker for a fare few years. He is a hard working and extremely efficient broker. I used to deal with banks myself but after 10 years of frustration with banks. I contacted Andrew. He makes the whole loan process an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to have a good and honest broker.

We had the best experience with Andrew. Unfortunately we had gone with another broker before engaging Andrew and it was a nightmare and very stressful. We didn't get the mortgage due to many of factors. We spoke with Andrew after a colleague had recommended him and from the first call we felt at ease. From the beginning, Andrew made sure that the whole refinancing process went as smoothly as possible. Personally, id rather a trip to the dentist, than go through the hoops and requirements of dealing with banks and refinancing these days.

He made sure that we had all the documents required, researched to find the lowest rates and advocated on my behalf to make sure i got the best outcome. He followed up with the banks, and kept me in the loop at all stages of the application. I know that if i had done this on my own, i probably would have given up half way in exasperation, or still be in the middle of trying to get everything together.

This review is not your typical review given that Andrew did not actually do a loan for me... However I thought I would say a few words about the service that Andrew provided even though I ended up buying a property without needing a loan.
After speaking to a number of brokers about my situation, it was only with Andrew that I felt truly comfortable. From the first meeting he understood my goal and gave me fast and efficient advice on what my options were in a friendly, genuine and non pushy way. Whilst it turned out I wasn't ready to do anything at the time, he stuck with me and was available for me when I needed him as my situation would change. He treated me with unconditional kindness and respect even though I didn't place a loan through Simple Property Lending and was always there to help me understand my best options and how to approach my next steps.
