Have been using mounjaro for year and…

Have been using mounjaro for year and pleased with results having lost over 3 st but have ordered last one 10m feel I am happy with how I look but would have to say I think the pricing is way over the top also having a £5 delivery charge on top but I have lost weight so pleased overall

Temperature-sensitive medication delivered warm and delayed replacement

I have been a regular customer for over a year and have spent hundreds of pounds with this pharmacy, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

My Mounjaro pen was dispatched immediately before a Bank Holiday weekend, despite warm weather being forecast. The medication arrived several days later during the hottest period of the year, warm to the touch. Royal Mail confirmed to me that the parcel had not been marked for refrigerated storage and had been transported in normal delivery conditions, including a delivery van where temperatures can be significantly higher than outside temperatures.

What concerned me most was not just the delivery issue itself, but the way it was handled afterwards. It took approximately a week to get a clear answer about whether the medication was safe to use. During that time I received generic responses and felt that my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly investigated.

I was then advised that, because the problem was not my fault, a replacement pen would be sent. However, I later received conflicting information stating that I must first return the original pen and wait for it to be received before a replacement would be dispatched, causing even further delays.

As a result, I am now already behind with my prescribed treatment and facing additional delays. For medication costing over £300, this level of service is simply not acceptable.

I hope the company reviews its procedures for shipping temperature-sensitive medication, especially before Bank Holiday weekends, and improves the way it communicates with patients when concerns are raised.

Incredibly fast delivery

Incredibly fast delivery - ordered at about 2pm and it arrived the next morning with the icepack virtually unmelted - and this was on a day when the temperature was 33c!

I was very disappointed with the mail…

I was very disappointed with the mail service from Royal Mail. No updates were given & dates promised were missed. The chat line out of hours was hopeless! When I did get to speak to a person it got better. 4 days from order to delivery whilst paying for 24 track is not good enough
