Ignores customers

I gave this company a second chance by purchasing another shirt. My previous order took weeks to be delivered but it was good quality so I was okay with it. The real issue is the total lack of communication which is really poor in this day and age. If and when I get the order it will be the last purchase I'll make from them.

The delivery of the order was delayed and poor quality…

The delivery of the order was delayed by several months beyond the promised timeframe. No one responded to messages or emails, even though this had been promised. As a result, it was unclear whether this was a scam and the goods would never arrive, or whether there were some unexplained reasons for the delay. Additionally, one of the products is of poor quality and does not match either the picture or the description.

I didn’t get any infirmation

I didn’t get any infirmation, that my order was ready to pickup. They didn’t place my phonenumber at FIN Posti system. They even didn’t send me email tracking number. Hope I can get my money back.

Perhaps one of the worst companies I…

Perhaps one of the worst companies I have ever bought clothes from. Order placed weeks ago. No updates on progress and oddly enough when I complained to klarna about not receiving the order, I got an email telling me the order was dispatched. However... No tracking and the usual no response to emails and even FB messages. Don't waste your time or money on this company and it's products. Such contempt for their customers.

This is a continuation of my review and…

This is a continuation of my review and Simple Moderne’s response. They said they checked the tracking number and never received the parcel.
I never gave them a tracking number when I contacted them, but I have subsequently checked where it could be as I did send the item back fully tracked.
What has happened is that the company refused to pay the import tax on the returned item - it would have been a few euro - and now the parcel has disappeared into the ether.
So I am out of pocket £69 for the item plus £15 for the return.
Shameful practice for a company

This review is not a continuation, but a new and additional review for the same order, which is not permitted under Trustpilot guidelines. Any updates should be added to the original review instead of creating multiple new entries. We will therefore be reporting this as a duplicate.

To clarify the facts:

The return tracking number (LE147851604GB) was entered by the customer via our official return portal. Only customers can submit return tracking details; this information is not added by us.

Once this review was posted, we immediately checked the provided tracking number to investigate the return.

We do not refuse returned parcels to avoid small charges. As a business receiving multiple UK returns, we routinely handle customs or postal notifications when they occur.

At no point was there any intention to “let a parcel disappear”, nor would such a course of action make any sense for a legitimate business.

We always aim to resolve matters calmly, privately, and fairly. Repeatedly posting new public reviews instead of updating the original one does not contribute to a constructive resolution and misrepresents the situation to other readers.

No money back after my return

After my review I was contacted by SimpleModerne customer service. They say they’ve just sent me my money. I’ll wait.

I returned my order and the customer service never got back to me. It’s been almost two weeks since my return was delivered and they completely disappeared. Not a single answer to all my emails and I haven’t received my money back.

two months to receive my order

Took nearly two months to receive my order and a lot of follow up emails
Customer service was really nice and helpful however the delivery time was awful
