they are incredibly patient with me, have been supportive & kind.
Mike is probably the best guy i have spoken with yet, he's smart, funny, kind & sympathetic.
i truly recommend them, they really do care about their customers.
& if they are calling because you've missed a payment, don't shoot the messenger, they are just doing their job. they are not abusive or rude, they always want to put the customer in a good financial position.
best place when you're in a bind
While renewing my loan, the agent I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional in their email correspondence. Despite having a prior history with this company, they still insisted on verifying my employment. When they attempted to call my employer during the lunch hour when the office was closed, they sent me an email stating that it didn't look good that no one answered the phone. This breach of professional conduct is unacceptable, and I expect better treatment in the future.
