I applied for the loan on Friday
I applied for the loan on Friday, September 18 and no one indicated to me that they needed to verify my bank information so nothing happened on Friday. Nothing happened on Monday and I finally called on Tuesday the 22nd and they apologized for the inconvenience. I finally got the documents re-signed and bank verified and loan funded, but it took way too long because someone didn’t communicate that they needed more information. On that Friday,I received an email that said they received my signed loan and I will get an email once the loan is funded… which never happened.
