My sister and I have been obsessed with paint by number kits since our first order, now we do paint and sip nights monthly XD

The product is great and I'm really looking forward to painting it just took a REALLY long time to get to me.

Easy order, shipment took approx 2 weeks
But the canvas' box came in just a bag, and it got hit during the shipment, causing a damage on the canvas', luckily on the side
I'd suggest a safer packaging

Very easy to order; the website is super easy to navigate. Quality paint and canvas too!

They were able and willing to pull out a retired painting for me. I had loved the painting from the first time I saw it, but decided to wait. When I went back to get it I found it was retired, but after messaging back and forth, they got it for me.

The paint was sub standard, as couldn’t cover the numbers and lines.

Website is easy to use. There is a lot of variety to choose from. The quality of the product is great. And this can be addicting I have ordered 3 times already.

Not my first time ordering Simple Painting! Have done it at least 7-8 times. One of the paintings were based on the photo I sent - it turned out really great even though there were actually people on it - the faces turned out great. Thank you.

The painting was wonderfully framed! I did like getting to put the numbers on the pots myself as well, super cute paintings!!

The quality of the paintings is far beyond the typical paint by number kit. The paint is much better, you can actually read the numbers and lines on the canvas, and the additional framing I got was lovely.

Fake Tracking info. When I tried to contact their custmer service email or reply to their shipping email, got Damon errors that the site is no valid. When I now try to get to the website it goes to Art Spark??? but that looks totally bogus. Dispute the charge on my CC. A risk you take when dealing with China purchases. Read reviews and thought I'd chance it. Disappointed. There are many other sites that are legitimate in the US.

I never received my painting. I kept asking for a refund but they wouldn’t issue one. They just kept sending a new (fake) tracking link. Over a year of back and forth and still no reimbursement or painting. Scammers

My order did not arrive

I love PBN. They are very relaxing for me. I decided to try what appeared to be a very detailed, challenging painting. When it arrived, it was not like the picture used in the profile. It was lacking the fine detail. I painted it but was unhappy with the lack of challenge. My biggest issue is the not so great review I left for that particular PBN on their website, they did not post. So the reviews are not the entire picture (pun intended). They had no problem posting a 5 star review for a PBN I purchased at the same time. So this tells you it's not a trustworthy company.
